The first one had rust stains so I had the replaced. The second one had buttons that were not functioning. It took a third one to get a fully working one with no cosmetic issues. Once you get a good one, it works well.

It takes about twice as long to heat things as our old microwave did (before it broke) This works fine, just heats more slowly which is frustrating.

So now we have a 400 dollar wobbly microwave tray. Yay. Even had it installed by bestbuy. So expected better. Customer service told us to contact whirlpool.
