Not my favorite. Sounds cheap when pressing door open button, glass plate wont stay in place

It works fine but after a couple months it started making a humming and is very noisy when it runs.

Best buy sold me this microwave forcing me to take a $50 gift card with it. Then I got home and it was open box with a sticker with someone else's name on it. It had damage so I took it to return. No more in stock and they only could refund me minus the $50. I never got the digital gift card since I returned it the following morning so Best Buy stole $50 from me. They are complete trash and a bunch of Thieves. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Seemed to be very loud, couldn't get Best Buy to handle it, they wanted me to call Whirlpool! Took apart fan housing and found an extra screw. Much quieter now.

We looked for a very long time for a specific size microwave to replace a previous old one. Best Buy and Greg, their salesman, did a wonderful job understanding what size and style we needed! Delivered and installed it in know time! Thanks!!!!

For what it is its wonderful. Its not very powerful and it has a strange cover for the time buttons, which you could argue adds to its sleekness, but i dunno im not a huge fan. But it fits in the space i had and for that i am greatful. Though if there were more options i feel i would think differently of it

returned without taking out of box. obvious that it was too large (depth). hard to rate performance since we didn't get the opportunity to try it.

Piece of Junk Not even 1 year old and it's burned out! Best buy does not care and has referred us back to the manufacturer because we did not take their extended warranty! Manufacture date is 11/2020 Not even one year old. We had a designated line put in just for this microwave, Its been installed since marc 2021 and now does not even light up. Big expensive mistake

This is a long narrow microwave to fit small spaces. Wish I had room for the regular size because this microwave is to small for me.

We’ve only used this microwave a few times, but so far it’s worked as nicely as it looks. For a lot less money than it’s identically manufactured Kitchenaid unit with different badging. Would recommend.

good design but 1.1 cu ft is too small and hood working not well

We were disappointed when we opened the box and found 3 dents on the side of the microwave. I live 50 miles from Best Buy and had to pick the microwave up at curb side. In our area we are still limited to getting out due to Covid 19. So far the microwave is working ok. My husband told me we will just keep it since we don't live close to Best Buy and the Corona virus is still active.

Works Great! And the tech team were excellent. They used care as well as skill in the installation. I am so happy not only with this purchase, but also with the installation. I highly recommend

It’s for Tall people I think. I’m 5.2 and I struggle with it. The plate is always moving and I have to constantly adjust it

We did not like the look once it arrived so we sent it back. Just looked very odd above the range being so narrow. Not a fan.

I purchased this microwave in July 2018. Recently, it started doing strange things. Sometimes when I opened the door, the interior light did not come on right away and the controls did not work. Once the light decided to come on, the microwave would work fine. This problem became more and more intermittent until it just stopped working all together. I searched the internet and found out that others had similar problems. Let's get this straight...I don't abuse my appliances and I would hope that a $500 microphone would last longer than 17 months. Appears there is a problem with the microswitches that set the interlock to ensure that the microwave will not turn on until the door is shut and properly latched.

Way too much money just to hang in the wall it’s just a basic microwave

While I was asking questions the associate was using cell phone. It would have been better if he communicated with me - he had to look up the information. I thought he was ignoring my questions. And the product is not truly fingerprint proof.
