Perfect size for above the range, surprisingly roomy, and easy to install!

Simple design and easy to use. It fit the small space that needed to be filled.

Very good microwave so far (had it since November 2020). The low profile looks good and the interior dimensions work great for everyday use. The exhaust fan was not as quiet or as powerful as I was hoping for. To open the door, you press a key on the touchpad instead of a mechanical push button. The light button is too close to the fan button and the buttons don't light up to be visible in the dark.

Fantastic upgrade for above the stove! Powerful fan, bright lights, and an excellent microwave! I love the sensor cooling technology! It cooks faster and more evenly than the old one I replaced! Even though it’s low profile, I haven’t find anything I’ve cooked so far to be too large for it!

The compact size of the Whirlpool 1.1 cubic ft Low Profile over the range Microwave is perfect. We replaced a standard size microwave above our electric stove because it didn’t allow for the steam rising from large pots. The full-size Microwave didn’t provide adequate room above the stove. The Whirlpool Microwave functions just like the full size Microwave we replaced.

My first one only lasted 3 and a half years. My previous microwave lasted over 15 years. Is you have limited space over your stove, this is one of the few available. Just hope your luck is better then mine.

This unit is very modern and good-looking. It fits our needs perfectly as the microwave it replaces was too large for the space above the stove and hung down lower than the cabinet opening. It works well and the built in light and fan are adequate. The one thing missing is that there is no clear button. So, if you put in a 30 second time and you pull out the food earlier, there is no way to stop the unit until it completes the designated time that was input.

I’ve had the microwave for about 2 months now and it has been a great upgrade. I needed a slim microwave over the range due to the space I have in my kitchen. It has a great look and has many useful features. The black stainless fingerprint proof color really keeps the fingerprints off as it doesn’t leave any marks when you close the microwave which is a huge plus

I've had this for 9 months now. It looks great in my kitchen, the install was easy, and has performed consistently since I installed it. Heats food evenly, and the vent functions well. I bought it on sale, and I feel it was a good value for the money.

You are literally paying $200 more for it being smaller. Is it worth it? For us, it was worth it because it looks pretty. If you are redoing the whole kitchen like I do and want to make it look slick for extra $200, then it should be worth it. Microwave is nothing exceptional. It's just a shorter microwave. Thinking you may get the extra storage space because of this? There is a vent on cabinet above microwave anyways, so you won't get that extra space. Enjoy.
