PRODUCT IS NEW BUT IT'S ALSO 4 YEARS OLD, THAT TOO COULD HAVE BEEN DESCRIBED, INCASE OF FUTURE SERVICE ISSUES, STARTING OUT 4 YEARS OLD COULD POTENTIALLY BE A PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE

I also think the lighting is pretty good and the exhaust venting is exceptional. Other than that I’m not really one to nuke my food so I am not using it all that much just when I need it occasionally.

Be very careful and measure well. I thought I had and it sticks out from the end of the cabinet by almost 5". Seems to work well. Don't like the fact that I can't set my own time to cook. Have to choose theirs so if I want to set it for 1 min and 15 seconds I can't do that.
