Biggest Complaint is the Cheap Glass Carousel That Must be repositioned after almost every use ! Also...The Buttons are hidden behind the door, and can only be pushed when open...Can be tedious.

At first was a little confusing but then after figuring out how to program it’s very simple..Has a very good fan. Inside easy to keep clean I am very happy with it

I bought/paid for the microwave on May 30, 2023. It was delivered on July 7th the first day an installer could come. It was installed on a bias. It leaned forward. Previously I had larger wall mounted microwaves in the same area plus more space no longer covered by the microwave. The unit with the terrible tilt had to be taken out which the second people did on July 20th. I then had a carpenter add wood in one area and take out decorative bricks that stopped the installation. Yesterday July 28th the third GEEK Squad installed my microwave which I have used for a day. I have no idea if I am happy with the microwave that I bought and paid for on May 30, 2023 because I have barely used it. I assume it is a good microwave. Will be asking for my 60 days to decide if I like my microwave to be extended starting from the time I have had a working microwave. Each of the three Geek Squad teams did the job they thought they thought they should do. And I'd prefer that my warranty start from the day I could first use the microwave, July 27, 2023.

I was a little apprehensive on the short model because I was worried about the room, but can now say AWESOME! LOVE IT, GLAD WE GOT IT.!

Great style but stop working after 18 months of purchase.

Nice, but had to get motor replaced plus another service call . Occasionally the comes on by itself . Only way to turn the fan off is unplug the unit

Looks great, easy to install, worked well for the first 13 months then stopped heating food/water. Parts are hard to get and expensive!!

Microwave works great, however it is not fingerprint resistant. It is 200 more than standard size yet it doesn’t off any thing extra except slim size. Disappointed that it is not fingerprint resistant fir the price.

I purchased this microwave because it was the only model that would fit into the short vertical space left by my old device. The short height is a great idea. However, the microwave itself has several serious flaws. First, it took three of them to get one whose magnetron did not buzz and vibrate after running five minutes or so. Even the third one buzzes upon start-up but it stops quickly. Other shortcomings include the chime when the cook cycle or the kitchen timer ends--the chimes are very high-pitched and I cannot hear them more than about two feet away. If phones can have multiple ring tones, and microwaves have low/high lighting as well as low/medium/high speed exhaust fans, it seems to be a silly shortcoming to have only one chime, which is so high-pitched that an elderly person with a minor hearing loss can't hear the tones. This is a major shortcoming and is insulting to those with hearing impairments. Also, I do not like having the number panel inside the door--you have to open the door to do any programming or input the cooking time. And finally, the door opener latch is electronic, not mechanical. I would much prefer a physical handle or a spring-loaded button to open the door. I would have gotten another model of microwave, but I would have had to call in a carpenter to modify the cabinets over the stove. Also, the company does not have good internal communications, and replacing the defective examples took three trips to my home over more than two months.

We bought this to mount over the stove on an island. However, the mounting is behind the microwave and not on top, so can only be used in an application for along a wall. It looks nice, just not for us.

The electrical panel started flaking out after only purchasing 1 1/2 years ago.

Service and delivery is horrible! Run away as fast as you can. Go elsewhere. The delivery drivers are rude and I have been a LOYAL best buy person fro 20 plus years. Not anymore!

The product is great. Delivery on the other hand was delayed 3 times and finally arrived over a month later than originally planned.

The problem with this microwave is the turntable inside the unit. The wheels are mounted on a triangular shaped piece that fits below the glass and it to fit in the groove in the unit. This can be done but once the unit starts to turn it comes off the track and whatever you are heating starts to slide off the turntable.
