The style was great, very professional looking, fits everything inside I need to cook.

This thing just died on us after only being used for 2 years. Be sure to buy the extended warranty if you pick this one. Parts and labor to fix it were more expensive than just buying a new one. I'm very disappointed with Whirlpool quality here. This was one of the more expensive microwaves, so I thought I was getting a good quality appliance.

After spending hours talking to BestBuy rep on the phone and in the store, BestBuy simply decided to kick me to Whirlpool to deal with. For simple parts like vent cover, Whirlpool has been delaying and saying there is a production issue at the factory. This is the last time I buy a Whirlpool product and anything from BestBuy.

I was told that the Best Buy installers would do that. That was not the case. I should be reimbursed for the work you said would be done and was not. The local electrician will install the outlet on Wednesday, February 17. I would appreciate it if you would schedule your installers to install the microwave ASAP after the 17th.

great product poor instalation by best buy

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.there was a lot of delay almost 4 weeks for best buy send the product with two guy to install it and even that day they gave me a long shot 7 am to 12 pm to come and install it which they show up by 4.30 pm . the installer benr the side of microwaive and basically damaged it and they hide the pice by standing i front of it the whole time. i found itnafter they left I called but noone cared anymore ;(
