    Geek Squad not worth their yearly fee.

    Geek Squad is misleading and do not do electrical work nor do they have electrician ready for referral to complete the job. They referred us to a commercial only electrician. I do not know if the microwave is any good because they left without testing it. This review is 1 star because of the Geek Squad.

    Stopped Working after 2.5 years

    Completely stopped working after 2.5 years of use. I've had a repairman out twice and the problem keeps happening. Do not buy this model.

    It keeps beeping and the door opens by itself. Continues to do it. Has happened three times already. We unplug it each time and it doesn’t fix anything

    Returned this microwave. Although it was skinner it stuck out from the cabinets 7 inches more than the standard ones.

    I thought the size of this microwave would work, but when my handyman held in place the depth seemed too arkward. Unfortunately 3 weeks had passed and when I tried to return, I was told their return policy is 15 days and I could try contacting the manufacture to return.

    Bad choice. Height is too less. Bigger dishes are difficult to take out. I wish I had taken the regular over the range microwave

    A couple of things were important to me in an over-the-range replacement for the original: better clearance over the cooktop, and plenty of CFM for the exhaust fan. I've never understood why microwave ovens have to be so huge! This one will still fit a 9x13, and a 4-cup measuring pitcher, but it's several inches shorter in height. And on high speed, it moves 400 CFM so it's better when I have several burners going at once. I get at least 6 more inches over my stockpot and can better utilize the back burners (I can see in them now!). I read a couple of reviews that stated the exhaust fan was too loud. I don't have that issue. It is no louder than the 10-year old one it replaced, and it moves so much more air. Installation was remarkably easy. The "template" is actually part of the metal wall bracket and the instructions are engraved on it. One drill, a stud finder, three drill bits, and a level. It has tons of "sensor" features that I'll likely never use. I heat, re-heat, boil, steam, and melt in a microwave. No desire to use all the other cooking functions, but if you want them, they are there. The design of the buttons is great too. Either pull open the door, or touch the "Open" button and it pops open. You have to remember to set the controls before you close the door. But the "Add 30 Seconds" button is on the outside. If you don't require an over-range microwave to cook 20lb turkeys, this is your oven.

    Not all the exhaust goes in the external exhaust and has 4 outlets and while it was installed all the 4 outlets was not closed so some of the exhaust circulates inside.
