It totally fit our smaller kitchen. It does a great job

This sleek design microwave hood has allowed me to have a larger cabinet above my stove. Since space is an issue in my kitchen this microwave hood worked out perfectly. Functional and looks good!

We bought this to make for more cook space on our range. It looks great! Not bulky, clean lines, looks stylish. Glad we made the decision not to get a large over the range type microwave.

it's easy to use and looks good. Only complain is that use my finger a lot to press to the selections. Also, when clean outside, it's easy to accidentally touch light and fan buttons.

Eazy to use and looks flawless with a low profile look

These are great, especially if you're replacing an existing range hood and have a clearance issue for a new microwave. Look out for the fact that it does stick out further, but it's nice that it ventilates better as well as a trade-off. I don't recommend using the automated button to open the door, these sort of mechanisms just wear out. There is a small pull handle inset under the door to open it like a normal unit.

Excellent size microwave. It fits nicely into my lower height kitchen cabinet. This appliance works extremely well and it’s very quiet when operating.

we were gonna get the full-size microwave until the sales associate pointed out that there was a minimum distance that had to be between the microwave and oven top. we got this one and its perfect. saved some counter space and works as advertised.

High enough not to get in the way of the stove, easy install, easy to operate. All the controls are on the inside of the unit, so the unit has clean lines! Installation was about an hour!

I love the low profile over the stove, the fan is better than my old much larger microwave, only drawback is the height, but have had no problems so far.

I had bought an over the counter microwave because the house we bought didnt have any microwave at all. We needed a new refrigerator and dishwasher so we walked in to best buy and check out some of the deals. Well we ended up purchasing a whole appliance package. Also we started with the samsung package but the microwave we chose wasnt going to fit so we had to change it all up. This microwave is small and cute. I love the buttons and all its functions. I didnt have to do anything to my existing rangehood. The guys came removed it and installed the microwave. I love how it doesnt do the beep when it is done. It does more of a ring chime. I absolutely love that.

I bought this microwave approximately two years ago. I don't like over-the-range microwaves, but this thing looks so good, I had to get it. On Thanksgiving 2020, it started malfunctioning. It intermittently stops cooking and illuminating inside. When it malfunctions, the control panel lights up as it should, but the buttons don't do anything. Apparently its a common problem with this unit. I watched several repair videos on YT, and the repair is quite involved. Apparently the main fuse can only be accessed by taking down the oven (which is not a one person job) and removing the entire outside of the body. Further the control panel switches cannot be replaced individually. The whole panel must be replaced. I hope Best Buy offers a solution.
