We wanted a low profile microwave and this one fit the bill. I didn’t know there was such a thing until I saw it in your store

Cleaning the outside either opens the door or turns the fan on. Don't clean that part. The ding when something is done is so high pitched that my dog can't even hear it. I dislike the hidden panel. I put something in, close the door and oops, forgot to set it. Every time. Don't use the popcorn setting on the mini bags of popcorn, it will burn. The defrost is confusing, still haven't figured that out. It is very high up in the air, much higher than a regular size microwave. The only thing I like about this is that it looks nice.

Nice little microwave, had to get this one because of my cabinets are low, but it’s powerful.

Looks great. I was worried it might be too small inside, but I have not found a container that doesn’t fit.

I got this due to not having much room above the stove. We got it installed and everything works as it should. The chime is a little quiet but I have still been able to hear it when it goes off
