My dad retired from Whirlpool so we have always bought Whirlpool brand. I hated this from day one. The rotating plate does not stay on the bracket. You cannot even set a timer without opening the door because the buttons are on the inside. Takes twice as long to heat as my old microwave. Has no specialty buttons like potato, pizza, popcorn, etc. Mine just stopped working and I have not even had it for three years. The warranty is only for one. I am out $600. Should have bought a $150 microwave and would have been happier.
