After only a few months, it began to arc and spark, it was repaired under the warranty. Now, 2 years later and it stopped working completely in the middle of cooking. I love the concept of this, but I am not sure the details were well thought out! I am very disappointed!!

You must be at least 5'6 to reach into it or you will need a stool and with kids wasn't the smartest option.

So customers please do yourself a favor and check prices other places before buying. This is a common tactic that Best Buy always uses. You ever go in for say a tv and it’s 1500 dollars off but it’s like that for the whole year.
