Nice, but had to get motor replaced plus another service call . Occasionally the comes on by itself . Only way to turn the fan off is unplug the unit

Great style but stop working after 18 months of purchase.

Microwave works great, however it is not fingerprint resistant. It is 200 more than standard size yet it doesn’t off any thing extra except slim size. Disappointed that it is not fingerprint resistant fir the price.

I purchased this microwave because it was the only model that would fit into the short vertical space left by my old device. The short height is a great idea. However, the microwave itself has several serious flaws. First, it took three of them to get one whose magnetron did not buzz and vibrate after running five minutes or so. Even the third one buzzes upon start-up but it stops quickly. Other shortcomings include the chime when the cook cycle or the kitchen timer ends--the chimes are very high-pitched and I cannot hear them more than about two feet away. If phones can have multiple ring tones, and microwaves have low/high lighting as well as low/medium/high speed exhaust fans, it seems to be a silly shortcoming to have only one chime, which is so high-pitched that an elderly person with a minor hearing loss can't hear the tones. This is a major shortcoming and is insulting to those with hearing impairments. Also, I do not like having the number panel inside the door--you have to open the door to do any programming or input the cooking time. And finally, the door opener latch is electronic, not mechanical. I would much prefer a physical handle or a spring-loaded button to open the door. I would have gotten another model of microwave, but I would have had to call in a carpenter to modify the cabinets over the stove. Also, the company does not have good internal communications, and replacing the defective examples took three trips to my home over more than two months.

Its a nice over the stove microwave. Plenty of lights, fan speeds, and quiet when working. Only problem? The chime is so quiet my husband and father-in-law can't hear it.

We bought this to mount over the stove on an island. However, the mounting is behind the microwave and not on top, so can only be used in an application for along a wall. It looks nice, just not for us.

Great product. Thin but is amazing product. Fits above stove where cabinets aren’t cut out and fan is top level

Service and delivery is horrible! Run away as fast as you can. Go elsewhere. The delivery drivers are rude and I have been a LOYAL best buy person fro 20 plus years. Not anymore!

This microwave has been the bomb! The low profile design has been a godsend in clearing up space for me!

The product is great. Delivery on the other hand was delayed 3 times and finally arrived over a month later than originally planned.

You’re ok. But not fantastic. You give bonus points but not enough to do anything with. So you’re ok . Not enough help in store to help you out.

The electrical panel started flaking out after only purchasing 1 1/2 years ago.

Not my favorite. Sounds cheap when pressing door open button, glass plate wont stay in place

It works fine but after a couple months it started making a humming and is very noisy when it runs.

Seemed to be very loud, couldn't get Best Buy to handle it, they wanted me to call Whirlpool! Took apart fan housing and found an extra screw. Much quieter now.

Size is great ..heats good..and sucks the air..and the little size save space..

Thought this was a pretty good microwave until the inside light blew out. Just a sudden flash and then darkness. Now will need to call mfg for support. I will update after conversation with them.

Best buy sold me this microwave forcing me to take a $50 gift card with it. Then I got home and it was open box with a sticker with someone else's name on it. It had damage so I took it to return. No more in stock and they only could refund me minus the $50. I never got the digital gift card since I returned it the following morning so Best Buy stole $50 from me. They are complete trash and a bunch of Thieves. You should be ashamed of yourself.

For what it is its wonderful. Its not very powerful and it has a strange cover for the time buttons, which you could argue adds to its sleekness, but i dunno im not a huge fan. But it fits in the space i had and for that i am greatful. Though if there were more options i feel i would think differently of it
