Works great. Slim, looks more expensive than it actually was.

We have been using this unit for several months, I have no negative comments, it is doing what it supposes to do reliably. It also gave us an extra space above cook top and we are very happy about.

We were looking to replaced our older countertop microwave and very old range hood but did not want to modify or change our existing cabinet over our range. This unit was the answer! Lower height allows good looking installation results, works very well, multi-speed fan, 2 stage light, large enough for almost all usage except very tall containers (which we do not have).

great for small kitchens and is good looking! a bit pricey in comparison to standard 1.6 cubic microwaves

I just bought a new house and it didn’t have a built in microwave. There is very little counter space so I felt that this was my only alternative. It’s great! It perfectly fit in the existing space for the range hood. It took a handyman all of about 15 mins to install.

Perfect size microwave for a small apartment. We own a three family house with my mother on the second floor and My aunt & uncle on the third floor. That leaves us in the basement apartment. We all get along and we love to cook and eat The microwave completed a renovation in our apartment & we love it. Thanks Best Buy!!

My old microwave took a lot of space on my kitchen counter and this solved the issue. Love how compact it is and it doubles as a exhaust, which is awesome!

This microwave is off. I bought the same type in Kitchen Aid, thought something was wrong with it, returned it, and bought this. The description of this microwave says it's 1000 watt but my microwave says on it 1800 watts. My microwave cycles on and off like the defrost setting does all the time. I put butter in once for 30 seconds and it was still solid at the end. It doesn't cook microwave popcorn unless it's in a regular store-bought bag, using my own paper bag as I do for my other microwave and every other microwave, it just burns horribly no matter what I do. I'm glad I got it because it was the only one that fit over the range and I have a small kitchen, but I keep my old one in the basement for popcorn. I thought I would have problems fitting things in it since it's short, and maybe I have once, but it's really not an issue.

My microwave died and needed to be replaced. This one looks so nice in my kitchen and meets my needs as I only use it to heat frozen foods or to warn up leftovers. It also makes a lovely chiming sound when the cycle completes. Kudos to Whirlpool's design team for making such a pretty microwave. I love it!

Solve the purpose in small kitchen. Very sleek & nice looking.

This microwave fits perfectly in my kitchen given the perfect dimensions. It has advanced technology delivering perfect performance when preparing food. It's the best microwave I've ever had.

Very expensive microwave but works good and is the perfect size

This is a great microwave for our situation. Needed a slimmer unit to put over new stove as did not have a lot of clearence. Perfect size and it is very nice looking. Quality is great , only issue us the alarm pitch is so high , I cant hear it very well, not big issue if have very good hearing. You can see timer and unit lights go out that is why not big issue for me. Worth the trade off. Really like it.

Was it worried it may be too small. After thinking about it can’t think of time when I really cooked anything that wouldn’t fit in this new microwave. So glad I decided to get it. Install was easy.

What a great piece-I love the smaller height, it fits my space perfect. I love the ease of use-I am old and don't learn new things well-this was simple and logical!

Works as a microwave and better than most over the range hoods. Get the microwave that makes your friends say, "wow that's a tiny microwave". It does everything you gotta do though, fits a full size glass, bowl, whatever. You can't microwave something taller than giant cup though. Works Great!
