We are very happy with this purchase. We replaced a range hood with this Microwave. It prevented us from having to raise the cabinets over the range.

Would give it 5 stars but haven't had it long enough. I wish it was less expensive, but when you have limited space, you have limited choices. So far I like how it fits, how it looks and how it works. Installation was very easy.

This is an amazing product that was exactly what we need in our home. Our house was built in 1979 and we did not have much space above our stove. This fit perfectly.

Its a great Low-profile Over-the-Range microwave. Pretty heavy. Looks Great. Works great. The only problem I saw is the side-wall is distorted a little. Can see ripples on the sides. It does not affect the functionality in any way.

We are very happy with this microwave. Because of its low profile we don't have to bend over to see the controls on the stove. Does an excellent job. Looks very nice.

Needed to replace existing microwave and because of countertop upgrade the backsplash limited the height of the replacement unit. Glad that Whirlpool makes this low profile model so it can fit in the existing space

Best compact microwave fits better than regular sizeones

It does the job perfectly, has a sleek narrow design which is perfect for a condo. I just wish the control was on the outside of the door (they are located inside so you have to press the control panel first and then close the door).

I hate it. The turntable set-up is so flimsy. The ring it sits on must have cost a penny to make. it doesn't stay in place. I originally ordered a standard microwave and the delivery person said it wouldn't fit. That i had to order a low profile. Low profiles have far less capabilities and are much smaller in cubic ft and wattage. Imagine my surprise when the next 3rd party delivery service said the microwave they were taking out was standard size. I have had a standard size for 20 years. I guess i was naive and asked the second delivery people why the last 3rd party had refused to install and said it was the wrong one. They said because they had to drill through tile to install and likely didn't want to do that. I called and wrote best buy - no one responds. I don't expect a response on this one either. I have had nothing but issues on three major appliances I ordered at the same time. No one person is asssigned and no one from corporate seems to care.

The microwave fits perfectly over the stove. Very impressive with the preset cooking choices. I have cooked perfect bacon every morning, it’s fantastic!

Love the sleek design and push button door. Smaller cooking chamber but so far has been adequate.
