My first order was dented in -- had to physically go to another store to get a replacement and return the first one, and it was in good shape and looks and works great.

Looks great! Went up nice. Fits really good. No problems seeing into in once installed. With the price of hoods why not get one? Very handy.

microwave looks great and was nicely designed. Its shortcomings are that the light on the bottom that lights the stove is very dull and the roller ring/support that sits under the glass plate has 3 wheels and frequently derails. whirlpool has known about these problems for a while but does not address the issues. both problems could probably be fixed for less than a dollar there cost.

Slim design, but enough space for whatever you're preparing. The display is easy to read and the options are many. The exhaust fan is exceptionally powerful.

With buying an old house the kitchen cabinets were lower. Could only use this microwave. It was a little expensive but it looks sleek and gets a lot of compliments

Love the smaller profile. Works great. No handle door keeps people from leaning on it. Love the black stainless steel.

Lots of good points for this microwave. The most important one being its size. It is nice to have a more slender model on the outside without feeling like you lose space inside. The low points are the carousel tray - it is poorly designed and comes out of its track easily and repeatedly. The other downside is when you are trying to clean or wipe down the outside, all of the buttons turn on like the light, fan, and quick cook.

The Whirlpool 1.1 cu.ft. low profile over the range microwave works great and is perfect when there is not much space between the stove top and your cabinets.

Does not heat food evenly. You can end up with food that is cold at one spot and hot at another spot.

Very nice microwave: very easy to install works amazing. Made my kitche. Look amazing. Very happy with the purchase
