This is my first overhood microwave. The salssman made a wonderful suggestion. Only dislike it keeping fingerprint smudges off of it!

I love this microwave and get many compliments. Only complaint is I find my constantly cleaning it.

Great microwave, the incorporated lighting could be a little brighter but that’s the only thing that could be improved.

This microwave looks amazing and is ideal when there is insufficient night between the stove and the cabinet. It looks great also.

Took the microwave home installed it and the only things that worked were the clock and the light. It did not heat anything and the fan did not work. Exchanged it and 2nd one worked fine, but leaves much to be desired. Thought the low profile would be ideal over the stove, but I’m too short to see in and it sticks out past my upper cabinets a lot. I hate that you have to open it to use the timer. There is no melt or soften settings and the button to open the door is so sensitive it constantly opens while cleaning the front of the microwave. Also makes a lot of noise every time the door opens. I should have done more research, but I was in a hurry to replace since the old one stopped working. Buyer beware. I’

Installers were very knowledgeable about the installation. They were very neat and clean with their workmanship

Love it. Buyers should know that it sticks out a lot further than a normal microwave.

The item was sent to the store a day ahead of schedule, thus making pickup and installation quicker.

I use these in flips - Samsung products look great for the money. Works great when a full size is too close to the stove

I like the sleekness of the microwave, also when the stove gets too hot ,the vent comes on and cools it down.

Good design for space saving kitchens. Microwaves are way too big in general.

Nice microwave if you don't have a lot of space above the cooktop and below the cabinet above.... Thankful someone thought to make this product.,..

Love the new microwave and features. It’s a fingerprint magnet but easily cleaned.

The staff. was very nice but for some reason it took 2 people quite a while to find the microwave. We've only had the microwave about a month, but so far, so good.

Microwave is smaller and allows better use of the stove top. The interior is good for large items, but the height is much better.
