It did not heat anything and the fan did not work. Exchanged it and 2nd one worked fine, but leaves much to be desired. Thought the low profile would be ideal over the stove, but I’m too short to see in and it sticks out past my upper cabinets a lot. I hate that you have to open it to use the timer. There is no melt or soften settings and the button to open the door is so sensitive it constantly opens while cleaning the front of the microwave. Also makes a lot of noise every time the door opens. I should have done more research, but I was in a hurry to replace since the old one stopped working. Buyer beware. I’
