The things that irritated others are not a problem for me. For instance, you can change how loud you want the beeps to be, it is not a problem that the keypad is inside the door. We love it! And, Best Buy was great in helping with what we needed and delivery was actually earlier than anticipated. No complaints whatsoever.

Looks great, it’s sleek and stylish and the hinge is fully internal so that the door doesn’t exceed the far edge of the microwave when open. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of the fact that this uses the sheet metal backing plate as a template. This means you will need to handle the plate quite a bit, and the edges of it are not deburred. It is very sharp and cut me and my friend a few times while we were installing it. Be very careful, and consider wearing gloves.
