The product specialist that came to install it was very professional and knowledgeable

I hate it. The turntable set-up is so flimsy. The ring it sits on must have cost a penny to make. it doesn't stay in place. I originally ordered a standard microwave and the delivery person said it wouldn't fit. That i had to order a low profile. Low profiles have far less capabilities and are much smaller in cubic ft and wattage. Imagine my surprise when the next 3rd party delivery service said the microwave they were taking out was standard size. I have had a standard size for 20 years. I guess i was naive and asked the second delivery people why the last 3rd party had refused to install and said it was the wrong one. They said because they had to drill through tile to install and likely didn't want to do that. I called and wrote best buy - no one responds. I don't expect a response on this one either. I have had nothing but issues on three major appliances I ordered at the same time. No one person is asssigned and no one from corporate seems to care.

Perfect microwave one touch 30 second outside operations i love!!!

The 302nd feature is about all I ever use because that gets the food very hot in less than 30 seconds. It’s an attractive microwave and range combined.

Hadn’t had a new microwave for a long time and our old one was just a countertop model so this was really an upgrade for us. We really love it. Would highly recommend it!

The microwave works great. However, you have to open the door to access all but three buttons. The buttons can be very sensitive on the outside so even closing the door you can accidentally turn the microwave back on. Some other buttons, such as the light and fan buttons are not sensitive and you have to push several times to get them to work. It also shows fingerprints very, very badly. This makes it look dirty all of the time. If given the chance I would’ve purchased something different.

I find it sometimes hard to use in trying to do different settings. I wish the buttons were on the outside of the microwave-not tucked inside.

Fantastic microwave. Easy to install. Love the fact that you don’t need an outside vent. Perfect for over a cooktop and the microwave works well

This is a beautiful microwave and probably functions very well. However, several of the buttons on the touchpad didn't work out of the box. Trying to get to Whirlpool service is a nightmare (almost an hour on hold). Also, installation instructions are vague and conflict with the official Whirlpool online installation video... that leaves it up to adjust as needed and use common sense. If the service call fixes the issue and I have no more issues after that, I'll be happy. Otherwise, it'll be a thumbs down, no matter how sleek this baby looks.

I was worried that this would be too small but this has been a great buy and space saver! It allows me to see my cooktop item much easier also.

Sleek Compact. First one showed up all bent and damaged in the mail but that was probably more the delivery best Buy made it & replaced it! We bought this for our old house when we were selling it and we already cannot wait to buy it again for our new house. We had a gorgeous GE Profile microwave before but it was so huge and heavy and this just Blends right into the kitchen so beautifully.

Now that I have learned how to use the microwave it does a great job. I am still greeting use to limited space since microwave had twice as much interior space.

Spacesaver, yet ample room for full size platters. Exhaust is powerful. I like the touchpad - no more pressing buttons, just a light touch(haptic?) to operate.

I always wondered why over range microwaves were so big....not this one! No need for such overhead space, just enough height needed.

Took the microwave home installed it and the only things that worked were the clock and the light. It did not heat anything and the fan did not work. Exchanged it and 2nd one worked fine, but leaves much to be desired. Thought the low profile would be ideal over the stove, but I’m too short to see in and it sticks out past my upper cabinets a lot. I hate that you have to open it to use the timer. There is no melt or soften settings and the button to open the door is so sensitive it constantly opens while cleaning the front of the microwave. Also makes a lot of noise every time the door opens. I should have done more research, but I was in a hurry to replace since the old one stopped working. Buyer beware. I’

This was the perfect microwave for our kitchen. We could not have made a better purchase.

I got this due to not having much room above the stove. We got it installed and everything works as it should. The chime is a little quiet but I have still been able to hear it when it goes off

Have no problem with this microwave. I enjoy it completely. Have no problem with the controls being inside of the door.
