My lock up time was a during a storm that came down at the last minute when I was parking at the pick up park. Because of Covid I couldn’t get in to the store so the Best By tem strategically brought the microwave to my car. Under the rain! I really appreciated it! Thank you all! Great product! I like the size of the oven given the fact that it frees up space compared to my old conventional oven. On the negative side: The cooking instructions on the inside of the door are too small and difficult to read, Also over the range ovens appear to have a short life span. All of my previous models bit the dust around the 5 year mark. I hope this one is better.

Love the sleek design and space saving qualities of this microwave. The lights are subpar but I can live with that. It was also a breeze to install myself.

Microwave fit nicely. It has a clean finish and worked great for the area I had to put it in.

Very good microwave so far (had it since November 2020). The low profile looks good and the interior dimensions work great for everyday use. The exhaust fan was not as quiet or as powerful as I was hoping for. To open the door, you press a key on the touchpad instead of a mechanical push button. The light button is too close to the fan button and the buttons don't light up to be visible in the dark.

Opens up space wheb paired with slide in range. Looks ckeaner and its spaced right as you mainly heal playes not wasting excess space. Only minor thing is to manually set time cook. Other than that, great product.
