Great Microwave with One Big Problem!

The only reason I gave it four stars is that the end-of-cycle beep volume is extremely low and is not adjustable. It is so low that my old ears can't even hear it when it does beep. I have read several reviews where owners have complained about this same issue. It would get five stars if I could actually hear the dang thing.

The things that irritated others are not a problem for me. For instance, you can change how loud you want the beeps to be, it is not a problem that the keypad is inside the door. We love it! And, Best Buy was great in helping with what we needed and delivery was actually earlier than anticipated. No complaints whatsoever.
