We are very happy with this purchase. We replaced a range hood with this Microwave. It prevented us from having to raise the cabinets over the range.

Love the features, touch open is great. Use more than expected. Like the chime when cooking is complete. Very pleased with the profile and being able to have tall pots on stove.

The product fits perfectly in my small kitchen. Works great. The only complaint I could give is that it finger prints easily. But I suppose I can blame my messy family for that.

I love my new microwave. I especially like the low profile. Best purchase yet!

Great microwave with nice features like auto open door!

We are very happy with this microwave. Because of its low profile we don't have to bend over to see the controls on the stove. Does an excellent job. Looks very nice.

I hate it. The turntable set-up is so flimsy. The ring it sits on must have cost a penny to make. it doesn't stay in place. I originally ordered a standard microwave and the delivery person said it wouldn't fit. That i had to order a low profile. Low profiles have far less capabilities and are much smaller in cubic ft and wattage. Imagine my surprise when the next 3rd party delivery service said the microwave they were taking out was standard size. I have had a standard size for 20 years. I guess i was naive and asked the second delivery people why the last 3rd party had refused to install and said it was the wrong one. They said because they had to drill through tile to install and likely didn't want to do that. I called and wrote best buy - no one responds. I don't expect a response on this one either. I have had nothing but issues on three major appliances I ordered at the same time. No one person is asssigned and no one from corporate seems to care.

Love the sleek design and push button door. Smaller cooking chamber but so far has been adequate.

love the design, easy to use and the fan isn't too loud. It's quite pricey but I believe it's the best choice in the Low-profile segment.

This was a great item to put over a downdraft range. The mini size was my favorite because it saves space . I love this item !!! The item is pricey.

It does the job perfectly, has a sleek narrow design which is perfect for a condo. I just wish the control was on the outside of the door (they are located inside so you have to press the control panel first and then close the door).

Easy to install, looks great in my space. I was undecided on the size because I was afraid things wouldn’t fit in it; but I haven’t had a problem with anything so far.

Bought as open box product. Back mounting bracket was missing, but the store found one and the rest went well. Microwave looks good and works well.
