It actually looks great and we've received multiple compliments on it. From a functionality perspective - it works well and I have no complaints.

Once I got it up and began to use it, I found that it works well, but it took some time to figure out how to start it because there is NO button marked as START. Also, there is No alarm sound when it is finished. It works but the planning of it's design could have been better.

While not as tall as the old microwave, I have found that it heats everything that I need it for. Plus it provides me additional access to my range. I expect that the open servo will fail before too long but it is not needed.

Disappointing

Auto cook/defrost features are very and do not work well. Exhaust vent works fairly well but is very noisy. The button to turn on the vent is on the face on the microwave and is easily turned on accidentally when wiping the front. The default turn on is HIGH. This requires the button to be pressed 4 times in order to turn off.
