It takes about twice as long to heat things as our old microwave did (before it broke) This works fine, just heats more slowly which is frustrating.

So now we have a 400 dollar wobbly microwave tray. Yay. Even had it installed by bestbuy. So expected better. Customer service told us to contact whirlpool.

Also...The Buttons are hidden behind the door, and can only be pushed when open...Can be tedious.
