returned without taking out of box. obvious that it was too large (depth). hard to rate performance since we didn't get the opportunity to try it.

Piece of Junk Not even 1 year old and it's burned out! Best buy does not care and has referred us back to the manufacturer because we did not take their extended warranty! Manufacture date is 11/2020 Not even one year old. We had a designated line put in just for this microwave, Its been installed since marc 2021 and now does not even light up. Big expensive mistake

This is a long narrow microwave to fit small spaces. Wish I had room for the regular size because this microwave is to small for me.

Very stylish and doesn't take up a lot of space. I love it!

We were disappointed when we opened the box and found 3 dents on the side of the microwave. I live 50 miles from Best Buy and had to pick the microwave up at curb side. In our area we are still limited to getting out due to Covid 19. So far the microwave is working ok. My husband told me we will just keep it since we don't live close to Best Buy and the Corona virus is still active.

good design but 1.1 cu ft is too small and hood working not well

It’s for Tall people I think. I’m 5.2 and I struggle with it. The plate is always moving and I have to constantly adjust it

We did not like the look once it arrived so we sent it back. Just looked very odd above the range being so narrow. Not a fan.

I purchased this microwave in July 2018. Recently, it started doing strange things. Sometimes when I opened the door, the interior light did not come on right away and the controls did not work. Once the light decided to come on, the microwave would work fine. This problem became more and more intermittent until it just stopped working all together. I searched the internet and found out that others had similar problems. Let's get this straight...I don't abuse my appliances and I would hope that a $500 microphone would last longer than 17 months. Appears there is a problem with the microswitches that set the interlock to ensure that the microwave will not turn on until the door is shut and properly latched.

While I was asking questions the associate was using cell phone. It would have been better if he communicated with me - he had to look up the information. I thought he was ignoring my questions. And the product is not truly fingerprint proof.

Website says there is only a difference is fan speed. the more expensive model model has 4 peed fans, and the less expensive 3 speeds. this is a big misunderstanding. the cheaper model has only heat sensor which turn on the fan where the more expensive model has additional button to turn the fan on and off, which is critical. you do not have to wait till your range reaches the temperature to turn on the fane on the microwave. and when calling tech support they did not know this either. called bestbuy to replacement but have been told that better model will be around 100$ more even you can get it cheaper from Loves. they do not price match witch Loves. Had to return it. looks like bestbuy do not stand behind the items they sell

Perfect solution where height constrains (range top to microwave base) exist.

missing parts and was not a perfect fit. Didn't get a chance to use it so can't comment on that

I havent recieved it yet. I'm sure I'll love it if it ever arrive. It been over a month.

I purchased this item and was given an entirely different microwave in the box. Because I did not open it until I was ready to install I didn’t realize it wouldn’t fit underneath my cabinet as it would extend too far. Best Buy refused to accept it as a return and would not provide any options to fix their mistake of giving me the wrong item when I went to pick it up. To be clear, the item they provided is the same microwave, just one model version higher. Now I’m stuck with a microwave I cannot use.

Haven’t had time to try this yet. Just moved in to new house.

I love the slim design without sacrificing size and it looks so nice
