Works well so far. The only suggestion is online there were two almost identical versions and the only difference was the location of buttons style. The one I ended up ordering has the buttons for programming before shutting the door and an electronic opening of door versus manually. If there is a way to clarify the differences a bit more because even the compare option wasn’t completely clear. Still happy with choice so far.

The over the range microwave hood combination is small enough to fit the space I need. It is a bit loud, but works well. If you use it for more than 15mins at a time, it will get hot.

Needed to replace my 25 year old over the range microwave. I happened into best buy when this terrific little number was on a special sale. Had them remove the old and haul it away and install the new. I never really cook much in a micro but use it almost every day for one thing and another. It is the best thing since sliced bread. It looks great, is short enuf to allow loads of space between bottom and cooktop, no handles just push and the door pops open and a myriad of splendid features. It fulfills everything on my gotta have it list. Only thing I would change is the too low ding when ending a task. It's impossible to hear.

Works as it should. Very good product. Need it because the hood system for my stove stopped working and I didn’t have a microwave at the time.

I live in a condo which has cabinets above the cooktop. I did not want to have the cabinets removed & this microwave fits perfectly. Very pleased with purchase.

I was so glad to have found this as a solution to not a lot of height between top of stove and bottom of cabinets above the stove. I had it professionally installed by an electrician. Great power. Heats quickly and perfectly. Exhaust fan recirculates it above (at the top of the microwave) efficiently. The vent fan is louder than I wish, even on low. The buggiest “issue” that bothers me is how HOT the light gets. When I turn on the light that shines down on the stovetop, it gets super hot within 15 minutes. Once I left it on for an hour or two on low light and it even made the inside of the microwave hot to the touch. It almost burned my hand when I went to feel the bottom, confused why it was hot when I wasn’t microwaving anything. I meant to call whirlpool and ask them. I definitely never leave the microwave light on when I’m not at home or over night. That (and the loud-ish vent fan) are the only cons.

Has provided trouble free service over the first year of use. Great replacement for the range hood and gave back a huge amount of work surface occupied by the previous microwave. Accepts large plates with ease. The concealed controls (behind the door) give it the clean look. It is deeper than the wall cabinet (of course) so initially, the working geometry of the range top is different than the $99 over the range hood but that adjustment takes about a week. I can't wait for the LED lights to fail so I can replace them with brighter ones. It will be a long wait!

Works great. Easy to clean up and use. Only difficulty is the turntable rack inside is sometimes difficult to use as the base ring it sits on is triangular and will occasionally shift off it thereby spilling food if bowl is slightly too full. The outside finish is not stain resistant but it is easy to clean when done on a regular basis. Definitely a must try for small kitchens with little storage space for a full size microwave and just needing to warm up light items and ventilation through the hood when cooking over the stove. I would like the light fixture to have had a wider range when projecting onto the stove but still bright and adequate enough for use.

This microwave is perfect. With only a 10 inch height it allows you plenty of room to work under the stove can be vented to the back wall outside the roof outside or in room circulation. The microwave is all touch control. Cooking seems to be spot on. We've been looking for a low profile microwave for a few days. The touch controls are easy to understand. I love the fact that you can either turn the turntable on or shut it off. We are extremely happy with this purchase I've included some photos below to let you see how it fits within the kitchen. I would not hesitate to buy this again or recommend it to a friend

We have a 40 year old home, so kitchen counter space is limited. We love this microwave. It's got a very sleek look, and having the controls behind the door is great. It takes a little retraining-I still shut the door and then realize I didn't set the time first! The only reason for a 4 star rating is the ring under the carousel plate. It's an odd shape, and if you don't carefully position what your cooking over one of the wheels or directly in the center, the plate tips. Not a deal breaker, by any means, but it is what I would consider a design flaw and as such it affects my rating.

A very cleaver design. One thing I missed was the depth. It extends 6" past the cabinet vs the 2" for a regular sized microwave. The doiwnside was it darkened a counter corner so I installed under counter lighting and problem resolved. The microwave works perfectly. I would estimate that 95% of what I use a microway for still works with this low profile. Thgere is plenty of space between the stove top and unit. This purchase was a no brainer. More expensive than a standard size but far less expensive than replacing/moving cabinets!

I think it looks beautiful in my new kitchen but… every part of the exterior requires non stop cleaning. The stainless and is it glass or plastic show every single finger print. I bought online and picked up, I would recommend looking at in person before purchasing. The gray piece that balances the interior glass plate continually goes off balance, my husband and I have both had to repeatedly adjust. It cooks well.

These are great, especially if you're replacing an existing range hood and have a clearance issue for a new microwave. Look out for the fact that it does stick out further, but it's nice that it ventilates better as well as a trade-off. I don't recommend using the automated button to open the door, these sort of mechanisms just wear out. There is a small pull handle inset under the door to open it like a normal unit.

The microwave work well, minus 1 star because it's way to expensive for a basic microwave with basic functions. A little too pricey just becasue it's thinner, not a good deal considering I needed this for the small spaced I had.

Sleek, clean design with hidden buttons except for the few that you need to use often. The air pull is efficient, but it could be stronger. The thinner design means there is a greater distance from the stove top, so steam and odors tend to linger rather than getting pulled fully into the vents. Underside lighting is good. Not a lot of presets, but enough.

Didn't think this would be tall enough, but we've had no problems fitting what we normally microwave. And, the added space below is a plus. Compact and sleek, enjoy it so far.
