I love this microwave. At first I wasn’t sure about it because we had to mount it a lot higher up than I thought and I didn’t check the depth which was longer than I anticipated. However, the depth doesn’t bother me and I love that I can lean over my stove if I need to without a regular microwave getting in the way. I also love the buttons being on the inside because it give it a sleeker look.

I have been using for 2 months now and I love this microwave! It is very sleek and modern looking. The low profile is just what I needed for the space I have. I was kinda worried about the space inside but it is surprisingly roomy. It has held everything I put in it like casserole dish, serving bowl, drinking glass etc...It is quiet and cooks great! Has a light underneath and a fan. My husband did the install and said it was fairly easy to do. He did need assistance, as it is a very solid piece. Happy and satisfied with my purchase :)

Just recently installed the product. So far, no issues. The touchscreen buttons are very sensitive.

This new design is wonderful. Doesn't take up much space but does everything you need. Great product.

18-months in and this unit completely powered down. Long story short it has a door opening mechanism that if it gets stuck will blow the fuse. I’ve seen a ton of videos online about it but sadly due to poor build quality this unit will be a forever problem. Sadly appliances don’t have lemon laws.

Opens up space wheb paired with slide in range. Looks ckeaner and its spaced right as you mainly heal playes not wasting excess space. Only minor thing is to manually set time cook. Other than that, great product.

We needed to save space in our small kitchen & this microwave is perfect! We gained a few inches of space above the stove.

We really love this low profile microwave. It is a perfect replacement to the larger unit we had previously. The fan works great whenever we need it. Even though it's not very tall, it accommodates the items we cook/reheat. We use it every day and I'm so glad we purchased it. Had to get someone to help us install it (especially the fan part to vent it outside), but overall, with our friend's help, it was a good install.

I did a lot of research before settling on this microwave hood for my kitchen renovation. It’s sleek, slim and despite its low height fits everything you’d usually use a microwave for. The width is the same as a stove and looks well designed with it The touch buttons work well and controls are easy to follow.

We have loved this microwave so far! We are about 3 weeks in. We swapped to this over the range, low-profile to free up counter space and there is no turning back!

Needed a low profile micro for an older house with lower ceiling height. This is perfect. Can fit a travel mug inside for warming. The only negative (which just may be me) is that the light and fan buttons are very touchy and when cleaning the stainless or the glass, if you run over one of the buttons ever so slightly, on goes the fan or the light. Not a deal breaker as this was just perfect for us.

I like the size of the oven given the fact that it frees up space compared to my old conventional oven. On the negative side: The cooking instructions on the inside of the door are too small and difficult to read, Also over the range ovens appear to have a short life span. All of my previous models bit the dust around the 5 year mark. I hope this one is better.

A sleek and efficient microwave for installation over the stove! Best Buy's delivery and installation of the new microwave, and the removal of the older microwave was a great part of the deal! It looks very nice and it fairly easy to use. It is smart - one day I forgot to turn off one of the burners on my stove. The heat from the stove top automatically turned on the fan on the microwave unit - warning me to turn off my stove!

Like the look of the microwave and its very functionable. Installation was easy but should have 2 people.

I love how the open button works. Digitally opens the door(my daughter thinks its the coolest thing) but it also does a great job of pulling steam when cooking on the stovetop. Othe than that it works as expected but has enough space given how much less space it takes up.

So far so good,,, it has only been a few weeks. Will update later.

We held off for quite awhile before moving to a microwave range hood. Although we needed the counter space, whenever we stood by a range with a microwave above, we felt that the cooktop space was claustrophobic. With this space-saver version, we got our counter space back and lost 4" of vertical space over our cooktop compared to the typical range hood we had. The microwave works great and so does the range hood which we exhausted through the roof. Love it!
