Excellent quality, easy to install, perfect for small kitchen i like the fact that the door opens pushing a bottom. good looking but the finished metal its easy to leave fingerprints

I love my low profile over the range microwave from Whirlpool! It really upgraded the look my kitchen. It’s sleek, easy to use and efficient. Best Buy installed it and did an amazing job. As I continue to update my kitchen, Best Buy and Whirlpool are on my list.

This is a great microwave. It has a low profile so it is less obtrusive than the larger ones. You can still fit a dinner plate sized dish or casserole sized platter inside. Also, I bought the one with the larger fan, so that what I'm cooking doesn't invade the whole house.

Updated the kitchen in our second home. The microwave works great and is nice and slim and does not take so much area over our new gas range. There is no need to have such a large microwave anymore. Most people just heat up a single plate of food and there is no real "cooking" in them.

I love the sleek clean look. you don't lose a lot of space with the low profile because it comes out further from the cabinet so much of the internal parts just got moved to the back of the microwave. The only real lose is a couple of inches in height. You can still fit a full-size plate easily inside

I bought this microwave when the handle broke off our 14 year microwave and was going to cost $65 for a cheap plastic replacement part. The profile is much smaller (shorter) which gives it its slick look and more room above your counter space. The shorter people in my family have to now tiptoe to put in/take out food, but that seems to be a small price to pay (no pun intended). The internal space is much less than other microwaves, but how tall is the food/dishes you put in your microwave currently? I have been able to fit all the same dishes in this microwave as I was our previous 'regular sized' microwave. The functions are all the same as most microwaves. Has a touch panel rather than push-button which I prefer and has a button to automatically open the door. Nice feature, but just worried at what point will that stop working? (You can open it manually, if need be.) No issues with heating (or overheating) food, liquids, etc. It's just a microwave with a short form factor (or "low profile").

I purchased this model because wanted to be sure I had proper space between oven and microhood. It has push button open, two light settings and 3 fan speeds this makes this a great microwave. It is also quiet. No loud buzzing when it's done warming. I love this and am very happy and satisfied with my purchase.

Easy to install and easy to operate. I love the compact, low design, and it still has enough room to microwave what I need. The fan and light works great also, currently have it set up for ductless fan.

Not as tall as standard microwaves but still powerful. Easy to use for basic heating. We don't do much fancy food prep with microwaves so no comment on that performance. Good fan works adequately although it can't completely clear the smoke from grilling meats on a frying pan.

Great microwave, love the size and look. Only thing that would make it better is if the lights underneath were brighter

I like the compactness and sleekness of this microwave, but it lacks the features of the full size competitor. Reheating food takes a bit longer depending on what it is. After a year with it, I would prefer a larger unit. Still like the look. It is great if you lack the stove top space.

Fits under cabinet with adequate space from stovetop. Installed it myself at 77 years of age. Needed to use strategically placed boxes to gradually raise it up and connect to back bracket. Unit works well: satisfied with purchase.

It’s nice but it doesn’t look as expensive as it is.. I love that it’s so slim looks really clean and minimal on the outside I wish it was something other then white on the inside and it does have a plastic smell even after 1 month of use hopefully it will go away soon and buttons are not as easy to use sometimes I have to press at least twice for it to start

We are enjoying the slimline microwave we bought. It does have a learning curve but easy to figure out. The times for different processes is different than our regular size micro but we are figuring that out also. Only had it for a few weeks but would still buy it again.

I like this microwave. It is the perfect fit. The cabinets above it were too big and this is the only size which would fit. Its very easy to use just like a taller one. Perfect for condo or townhouses or if the cabinet was build too low

Beauty over function applies to this microwave. Does it bug me a lot? Initially... but I got used to it... So the problem is that, the keypad is behind the door. So after you put your stuff in, you can't just slam the door and type on the keypad. You have to leave that door opened hanging around dangerously next to your head, type on the keypad, and then close the door and press start. That's my only issue with this thing. But like I said I got used to it, it's fine. If it's 2 minutes, I rather just press "heat 30 seconds" four times. This thing is beautiful though. It makes your kitchen looking so much better with this thing. I got nothing else to say. It's a microwave, it's a range hood. And it works, and it's beautiful looking.

This microwave is a cooks’ dream; and the best asset to have in a family kitchen. It’s very quiet. The chime is loud enough to hear but soft enough to not annoy. It’s sleek and has a minimalist feel-fits into the decor well!

So far, so good.. Works well, quiet operation, really like the automatic opening door feature. Installation was a little tricky, definitely have to mount on studs, it was heavier than we planned, but overall very pleased.

We bought this because we have an older kitchen and the over-the-range space is not the right height for a full size microwave. This microwave fits perfectly to give the right distance between the stove in the microwave, while also still being stylish and sleek!
