I love the streamline look of this microwave, and the fact that it frees up space above my cooking surface. Occasionally it takes multiple tries for a button push to register, but this might be an issue of acquiring technique. Overall, very happy with this purchase!

Needed to replace my 25 year old over the range microwave. I happened into best buy when this terrific little number was on a special sale. Had them remove the old and haul it away and install the new. I never really cook much in a micro but use it almost every day for one thing and another. It is the best thing since sliced bread. It looks great, is short enuf to allow loads of space between bottom and cooktop, no handles just push and the door pops open and a myriad of splendid features. It fulfills everything on my gotta have it list. Only thing I would change is the too low ding when ending a task. It's impossible to hear.

Very nice option of opening the door manually or using the button. With how small the inside looks, it fits everything we've placed in to warm up food.

This over the range microwave is nice. With the door design it allows you to fit in the 30" space if you have a wall or cabinet that protrudes further than the fan that is originally there on old construction. Very easy to use. Compact but great power.

The low profile OTR microwave is exactly what we needed for our specific kitchen layout. This Whirlpool microwave has all the features we were looking for and it performs well.

Love my new micro wave. Need a small one to put over my stove Was not aware there was this size. I had several comments on the size. Works great has fan , light could not be happier.

I purchased this microwave because it worked out perfect for my limited space above my stove. Microwave works great! However, after less than a yr the coating inside started to chip away. Never have used any harsh chemicals to clean inside; only a mild soap and water. I have emailed the company about this issue and noone responds. I have bought cheap countertop microwaves that never looked like this one inside, YEARS AFTER PURCHASE! This purchase to me was semi major being the cost. With installation, I paid almost $1,000.00 Its extremely embarassing to open, especially when company needs to use it. Highly unsatisfied. Think twice before purchasing.

I was so glad to have found this as a solution to not a lot of height between top of stove and bottom of cabinets above the stove. I had it professionally installed by an electrician. Great power. Heats quickly and perfectly. Exhaust fan recirculates it above (at the top of the microwave) efficiently. The vent fan is louder than I wish, even on low. The buggiest “issue” that bothers me is how HOT the light gets. When I turn on the light that shines down on the stovetop, it gets super hot within 15 minutes. Once I left it on for an hour or two on low light and it even made the inside of the microwave hot to the touch. It almost burned my hand when I went to feel the bottom, confused why it was hot when I wasn’t microwaving anything. I meant to call whirlpool and ask them. I definitely never leave the microwave light on when I’m not at home or over night. That (and the loud-ish vent fan) are the only cons.

This microwave is thin and sleek but roomy inside...does not hang down in front of your face when cooking at stove...great idea and have had many compliments on how it looks...very happy with this appliance...

fit great, good controls, easy to install, it has a plug cord on top that I had to move to rear thru one of the removable plates which I did not use since I used inside venting.

Looks great installs this while updating my kitchen in the Markway is alone makes the kitchen look great sleek and modern definitely need 2-3 people for installation

Love that it’s smaller in height. Works great and has plenty of space for bigger bowls etc

We were skeptical over this new slim microwave but we have been really pleased with it thus far. It fits everything we need/use and the clean lines and minimal front looks great.

I love how small this microwave is. It fits nicely above my new stove. Has a great fan and plenty of room to cook in it.

First of all and most importantly, The inside height of this is only two inches shorter when compared with our old counter top one. It was one of our concerns initially. It may take a little time to get used to the scrolling menu options, but you will learn fast! Being it was mounted under existing cabinets, we went with this because it left ample room for stockpots and utensils in use under it. The one thing that has been talked about in other reviews is the light. I do wish it was brighter, but it does serve its purpose.

Love this microwave. The low profile is perfect for our needs and we love the way it looks with the Whirlpool range. The fan and light are excellent. Would definitely recommend and purchase again.

I love how compact this microwave is. It gives us a lot more head room than our last one. It has 4 speeds for the exhaust and the 2 brightness levels for the lights. Only problem is that only the face is stainless steel/fingerprint resistant. The sides are the old regular stainless steel. The right side shows on our set up, but not too big of a deal. Just remember that you will be paying $50 more just to have the face fingerprint resistant compared with regular stainless steel model.

This stainless steel low profile over range microwave hood combo is wonderful. It fits just perfect under our cabinet without having to change the cabinet. It works so easy and looks so great. Just love it.

Easy to install. Works really well. Looks good in kitchen. Really like the minimalist look and the lesser space that it takes up above the stove!
