We previously had a counter-top unit and there really wasn't enough space under the cabinet over the range to install a standard OTR microwave and be code compliant. However, we came across this low profile unit and it has made a world of difference! Oh and it works great as well!!

If you have a small kitchen this is exactly what you need. Easy to install.

Had to replace our 20 year old GE Profile convection microwave but no longer needed the convection option. This low profile Whirlpool fits perfectly over our range with more depth and a higher volume exhaust (400 CFM) to allow for greater efficiency.

Bought this low profile micro because of space. It has enough space to warm a plate of leftovers and that's perfect. Had best buy install it along with an outlet. Monti did a great job and fast.

This did the job, replacing a hood with a microwave that still left plenty of room above stovetop and using the hood's thru the wall vent. I'm surprised only Whirlpool (or one of its brands) makes such a product. I gave it only 4 stars because I think it could be quieter and the timer beep could be louder.

Works great, it was weird at first but we were debating on a vent hood but this actually has higher CFM and works perfectly. Especially since it comes out further than and vent hood option we looked at.

Love this unit! No need to change the cabinet if you just have a good. I have installed several over the range microwaves and this one by far is the easiest! I love great engineering and foresight of how to install and user experience!

Love the size. So far it has done everything I have wanted in a microwave.

Very durable made. Easy 2-way open door (pull or push button). Exhaust fan very strong with different settings. Led light. Plenty of room for heating dishes. Extra wide.

This can heat up a large coffee cup in it. It actually has a lot of room inside it but doesn’t take up much room in the kitchen. We wanted an accent wall under the microwave and above the stove & this allows for a beautiful accent wall.

Works well,fit in space we had,looks great with our whirlpool range.

We have been wanting to purchase a microwave like this. It was recommended by our contractor. It is spacious, easy to use, quiet and just at eye level. Great product!!

Nice unit. Creates a lot of soace above the range. Nice controls and seems to heat effectively.

This is the best microwave I have ever owned. Even though it is small, it is efficient and beautiful. And the small size is an added bonus for those of us with limited kitchen space.

We bought a house that had short cabinets and no microwave. The normal size over the range microwaves hung down too far so that you couldn't cook. This one is perfect! It is big enough for a large mug of coffee or melt butter in a large glass measuring bowl. It looks great to!

Cute little microwave, easy to use, vent works well but highest setting is noisier than I'd like it to be. One negative is I am 5'3 and almost hit my face closing the door couple times lol just being short not microwave's fault lol.

Love this microwave. Needed something that had slim profile since I didn’t have much space above my range and this fits beautifully. Has plenty of space inside and has really nice features.

I love this microwave, I recently done some renovations in my kitchen and was looking for a microwave that would not stand out and take to much space. The slim design and hide away buttons are really a nice touch.

Love the compactness and dual usage of this microwave. Although not tall, it fits everything we normally microwave. Vent is really strong as well. Install was easy although I did need an electrician to install a dedicated plug for it (for electrical safety).
