    The only way I could have a microwave over my oven was to purchase the low profile. It fits great. I like the microwave however the timer sound is so low when preparing other food items you can't hear when the timer ends. There are three options - low, medium, high. Low you can't hear anything even standing in front of it. I have my set to high and when I'm working elsewhere in the kitchen you can't hear when the microwave is finished cooking.
