Got this to replace an aging over the range microwave. Controls are fairly easy to use and understand. Love that the filters can be removed easily to be cleaned and/or replaced as need. Will be recommending Whirlpool to my family and friends if they need to get a new microwave.

I like it; it functions as expected. The only thing that I’m not crazy about is the fact that it extends out a bit too much from my cabinets.

Purchasing double oven added a little height to previous stove and did not allow enough clearance for gas range since existing cabinets were already built in. Luckily this smaller in height micro was new to Best Buy store a week following our kitchen purchases.

18-months in and this unit completely powered down. Long story short it has a door opening mechanism that if it gets stuck will blow the fuse. I’ve seen a ton of videos online about it but sadly due to poor build quality this unit will be a forever problem. Sadly appliances don’t have lemon laws.

I love the microwave! It’s my second one in two years though because they didn’t install the vent properly on the first one causing condensation to accumulate and short it out.

This is a nice looking microwave that offers real space savings over a stove top. This microwave has an auto-open feature that opens the door when the “Open” button is pressed. Unfortunately, the mechanism that opens the door stopped working after three weeks. We purchased for a kitchen remodel and didn’t install immediately after purchase and once we finally got it installed and realized there was an issue, we were past the return date. The door can still be opened manual, but if the door-open feature stopped working I’m concerned that the microwave won’t last long.

This microwave is good for heating small-size things. In fact, only because I needed this exact size did i buy it as an identical replacement for the one I purchased just a year ago. In that case, the locking assembly on the door stopped working & repair was not worth it. It seems that problem isn't uncommon.

The fan is a little loud, but it does give you the option to lower the speed making it quieter also. Works great so far. Looks amazing. A little hard to keep clean and to clean because of the very sensitive to the touch buttons

I love this microwave. Its sleek style and multi functions are just what I was looking for. Who wants the old bulky microwave. This new style will make any kitchen look up to date and it has a real exhaust. It is great.

Our old Micro Wave was so bulky that it hung down too low and blocked our view of the range top. It was going to cost us 350.00 to 400.00 to modify our upper cabinet to raise the Micro Wave. This Micro Wave did the same thing without modifying the cabinet.

Must recommend to anyone that is remodeling. If you are on a budget and cannot afford a Kitchaid one. Get this one. Part are pretty much the same coming from the same manufacture.

Beautiful hood microwave. Small form factor for how much microwave you get. Attention: make sure you have at least 2 studs in the wall this will be hanging on. It is heavy, do not take any shortcuts here.

Renovated kitchen required us to add a kitchen vent, and our old microwave was too big for its new space. This model is a great fix, It's about half as high, but just as wide as our old microwave. It is very heavy so make sure you hang it securely.

Most woukd say the downside is tht its short inside. But if all you ever do is put a plate or a mug in it, there is no reason to complain. I love the sleek look of it. It wasnt the easiest to install compaired to the regular microhoods, but it was dooable.

The over the range microwave has helped to give me more counter space and replaces a ductless vent, so this product was perfect for my needs. I have basically used the microwave for re-heating. I am used to a bit more power so have to adjust my heating times and I find it to be more uneven than other microwaves.

Im pretty sure this would've been a great buy for my famy but we bought this item as an open box that was stated excellent condition. Upon further investigation it was missing pieces which is expected wen the box is open, but then after installation notice that the fan was malfunctioning. Best buy only give you a 15 day grace period on returns which we were over our 15 days plus we had it installed which they would've sent someone out to installed for us but that wouldve been extra money out of pocket. After already spending a good amount on the product alonf with the missing peices that we had to purchase as well.
