I am so happy when someone does because, as a buyer, I find them very helpful. I bought this microwave because it was the only one the fit my space. It fits beautifully. The controls are very awkward. You must make your selection only when the door is open. The wire rack that supports the glass plate does not stay in place, forcing the plate to slip.

Once this replacement/install is resolved, I will probably never order or ask Best Buy to install another appliance again. I ordered this whirlpool low profile microwave over a week ago, and then picked it up at Best Buy. I later ordered a service to have Best Buy (Geek Squad) install the microwave. The installer (Abdul) identified the defective motor during installation, took a video to document it, but apparently never reported it to Best Buy. The next day, I spoke w/ Best Buy support on Chat, and was told a replacement would be scheduled for this week (Today). The delivery team came today, but then told me they could only replace (pick up and return) but not uninstall and install the new one. The delivery team told me they don't even install microwaves, and left w/ the new microwave. This is a real disappointment. I now have to wait for the delivery team to return the new microwave to the warehouse later today. And then, I can call back to schedule another attempt at replacing/installing the original defective microwave.
