If opened, it should of been -50. Don’t know if damaged, because can’t install yet? We will see, lost trust in Best Buy .

I am a very proficient handy man. Turn table keeps coming off track. Now it beeps in the middle of the night for no reason. It beeps like it just finished cooking. To add insult to injury the exhaust fan now wont come on !!

This thing just died on us after only being used for 2 years. Be sure to buy the extended warranty if you pick this one. Parts and labor to fix it were more expensive than just buying a new one. I'm very disappointed with Whirlpool quality here. This was one of the more expensive microwaves, so I thought I was getting a good quality appliance.

Worst Experience Ever

After spending hours talking to BestBuy rep on the phone and in the store, BestBuy simply decided to kick me to Whirlpool to deal with. For simple parts like vent cover, Whirlpool has been delaying and saying there is a production issue at the factory. This is the last time I buy a Whirlpool product and anything from BestBuy.
