We are so please with this microwave. It is perfect to fit above the stove in a 50+ year old home. It is easy to operate, quiet and the exhaust fan works great!

Very convenient for small places its a conversation starter

I love the size of this microwave, but after three months of fighting with the turntable to stay in place, I finally just removed it along with the plastic thing it sits on and i just put dishes right on the bottom of the microwave. It’s highly annoying. I cant believe a $400 microwave has this issue.

We purchased this microwave and was installed yesterday, the absolute best! Simple all around, and more room to cook on your stove, strong ventilation even on Low setting, easy to clean! Highly recommend!

Awesome product!!!! The microwave went in relatively quick however if you're using a fan systems or existing duct out of the house be prepared for a little longer process. Especially if you're a Type A personality. There are a number of steps that have to be followed in order for the drag out system to be effective. Overall would definitely recommend this microwave!!!

I love this microwave. The slim line is perfect over my stove. My only issue is the turntable. Something weird about the design. it is always coming off the turner track.

Very happy with our new microwave. It takes up far less space than our previous microwave while still giving us good light for the cooktop as well as excellent venting. My only complaint thus far is the buttons on the left lower corner for the light and vent are very sensitive so I often trigger them when I am wiping down the microwave.

The low profile is great and looks much sleeker than the big blocky microwaves. However, there is an engineering issue with the glass tray and 3 wheel plastic device under the glass tray. The glass dish does not fit into the piece in the center of the microwave well at all. The plastic 3 wheel device moves all over. Both of those issues cause the glass tray to wobble all over and become unaligned. It is very frustrating especially when you have something a bit heavier (glass dish). It is even more fun when you are warming a cup of tea and the entire thing becomes off balance tipping the hot cup of liquid while it is on and in motion. I've called Whirlpool twice. The first time they sent a new glass dish and plastic 3 wheel device. It did not help at all. I called again to ask what Whirlpool would do for me as a customer and I was told the only thing they could do is offer a free 1 year customer service agreement. Why? It is an engineering defect - not a broken microwave. So I requested a supervisor. I was placed on hold for 43 minutes to speak with a supervisor. Her only option was to have someone come out and maintenance it. From day one I have had this issue. Yet, Whirlpool is making this my inconvenience now.
