Works as it should. Very good product. Need it because the hood system for my stove stopped working and I didn’t have a microwave at the time.

Absolutely love this. Sleek, efficient, great size and capacity.

I think it looks beautiful in my new kitchen but… every part of the exterior requires non stop cleaning. The stainless and is it glass or plastic show every single finger print. I bought online and picked up, I would recommend looking at in person before purchasing. The gray piece that balances the interior glass plate continually goes off balance, my husband and I have both had to repeatedly adjust. It cooks well.

The microwave works well and the low profile is a great space-opener above the stovetop !

So far I love it. Purchased to replace over range hood . The exhaust fan works amazing. Microwave works as it should everything I have wanted to put in this low profile microwave fits .. it a little expensive for a microwave but for some reason it is the only manufacturer of a low profile microwave (Whirlpool makes Kitchen Aid) so if you want one it’s your only choice at this point but still cheaper than purchasing new smaller cabinet over range and then purchasing a standard over range microwave.. also great to have additional counter space

I had bought an over the counter microwave because the house we bought didnt have any microwave at all. We needed a new refrigerator and dishwasher so we walked in to best buy and check out some of the deals. Well we ended up purchasing a whole appliance package. Also we started with the samsung package but the microwave we chose wasnt going to fit so we had to change it all up. This microwave is small and cute. I love the buttons and all its functions. I didnt have to do anything to my existing rangehood. The guys came removed it and installed the microwave. I love how it doesnt do the beep when it is done. It does more of a ring chime. I absolutely love that.

Sleek, clean design with hidden buttons except for the few that you need to use often. The air pull is efficient, but it could be stronger. The thinner design means there is a greater distance from the stove top, so steam and odors tend to linger rather than getting pulled fully into the vents. Underside lighting is good. Not a lot of presets, but enough.

Absolutely love it. Works great looks amazing and was easy to install.

I bought this microwave approximately two years ago. I don't like over-the-range microwaves, but this thing looks so good, I had to get it. On Thanksgiving 2020, it started malfunctioning. It intermittently stops cooking and illuminating inside. When it malfunctions, the control panel lights up as it should, but the buttons don't do anything. Apparently its a common problem with this unit. I watched several repair videos on YT, and the repair is quite involved. Apparently the main fuse can only be accessed by taking down the oven (which is not a one person job) and removing the entire outside of the body. Further the control panel switches cannot be replaced individually. The whole panel must be replaced. I hope Best Buy offers a solution.

This microwave was the only one we could find to replace out exhaust hood over our stove that would fit with the correct amount of space between the top of the stove to the bottom of the microwave. It’s very nice looking, works good, only downside is the stainless steel is hard to keep clean, but that is pretty normal for stainless appliances. Little pricey but, kinda expected for its unique size and shape.

This product has really helped our family. It seems small at first, but commercialism and oversized themes have driven consumer views for many years in the U.S. What would seem to be considered large containers (such as the large size coolwhip containers) fit inside this microwave very easily. The microwave has also helped ventilation wise as we're able to gather and displace more heat due to the height distance away from the stove now. All in all, good product that has held up, and keep in mind this review is coming from someone with a family size of seven. Thanks!

This is an amazing product. I just upgraded and remodeled my kitchen and wanted to rid my countertop space of my microwave. Enter this fabulous low profile product! Amazing look, super sleek and ultra modern microwave. I can’t say enough about this new beauty! Awesome looking, and it works very well. No complaints here. Loving this high-end product. Highly recommended!

I haven't had it very long but it is working fine. Installation was easy except that the screws that attach to the top were 1/2" too short for lip under the shelf it was mounted under. They were 3" long when I needed 3 1/2" of 1/4-20 screws. If your lip is 2" you'll need the longer screws. The slim design gives noticeably more room over the stove.

The microwave work well, minus 1 star because it's way to expensive for a basic microwave with basic functions. A little too pricey just becasue it's thinner, not a good deal considering I needed this for the small spaced I had.

Needed to replace existing microwave and because of countertop upgrade the backsplash limited the height of the replacement unit. Glad that Whirlpool makes this low profile model so it can fit in the existing space

Didn't think this would be tall enough, but we've had no problems fitting what we normally microwave. And, the added space below is a plus. Compact and sleek, enjoy it so far.

Had this 3 months now and chose it to replace an older larger one because I wanted to get it higher away from the stove. It met that need but there are quirks that are hard to get past. The internal usage height from the turn table is 6.5". We nuke microwavable quinoa rice packs a lot and these wont fit. We were aware a lot of Tupperware containers may be an issue but not those. When you set the cooking time/timer or program setting sometimes when you close the door they dump. I am not talking about closing it hard, just closing. After you cook something if you cant get to it right away it will continue to chime at you periodically. If you open the door manually sometimes it will keep chiming. Adding 30 seconds is an option using the start button but occasionally it causes it to stop as the stop button is below it. These issues don't happen every day but often enough to make me think the control panel will go out in a year. We seldom use the fan or the light but they still work. My wife is short and she hates that the rotating turntable gets knocked out center when she tries to get items out. She can never get the rotating wheel track on right. We use it at a minimum 4 times a day.

Very Sleek, low profile microwave. Seems to heat quick & good. Love that you don't see a handle or any numbers on the outside but definitely takes some getting used too - keep shutting the door before setting the cook time. Have received compliments on it from every one who has seen it!

The microwave is a perfect fit for my household. It has the power to warm up meals and it fits perfectly in the space i previously has an exhaust fan. So far, I've owned the microwave for a month with no issues. The only issue was the installation portion. It wasn't very clear as to what to do, thanks to utube and some experience and common sense I was able to install with one slight miscalculation, but I was able to fit it. I would highly recommend!
