As that, it is a 5-stat item. However, I also wanted a good exhaust fan. This fan makes a lot of noise, but that’s about all it seems to do. Also, the cost of this simple microwave is excessive simply due to its shape, but it’s all that would work for me, so I paid it.

It won't stay in place. I bought this product because of the space under my stove was shallow and this one fits just right. But it's a bit pricey. Cost more than most microwaves

I’ve verified it’s not an electrical issue both the plug and circuit are good but microwave has no power. The only help I have gotten from whirlpool on this issue is to schedule a local service tech to determine if it falls under warranty with the caveat that I could be responsible for technician fees in this determination. I think if a product last less than a year they would fix the issue or replace the product. I’m glad I discovered how poorly they stand behind their products before I purchased my double oven, I will be buying another brand. Sad to see that the quality of their products isn’t what it once was and of limited customer service. I couldn’t talk to anyone other than a customer service rep and they wouldn’t provide any other contact info for me to discuss the issue with in fact they just ended the chat. I’d advise to purchase a microwave from another manufacturer.
