Picked up curbside, they put in trunk, when I get home notice box either has been opened, or damaged, one side lots of security tape. If opened, it should of been -50. Don’t know if damaged, because can’t install yet? We will see, lost trust in Best Buy .

This microwave looks really nice and sleek but, not worth it. It is very inconsistent! The first two days I used it to heat up some leftovers, it worked fine. The following day, I placed a bag of popcorn and it never popped! I hit the popcorn setting and I wasn’t heating the bag. I then got another bad thinking that maybe the bag had some type of defect. It wasn’t the popcorn. It was the microwave. You put a time on it but, (you don’t hear that noise when you place something in the microwave, type of noise ) it just wasn’t heating anything. I’m real disappointed with whirlpool. What happened?

I never post reviews but I had to do this time. Bought for its sleek design and the vent out options where I like the design but not the vent out options. The vent to the ceiling DOES NOT WORK completely and it blows the air into the kitchen from the top left mesh and the top left hinge of the door. And read poor reviews from lowes and other places to find out the same issue and their service department also SUCKS where they say the microwave was not installed properly. Stay away from this particular product. Wish I could give a five negative stars.

Light went out at 6mos. Fan went out at 2 1/2 year mark. Microwave still cooks. Have to say satisfaction with this brand very diminished.

Bought in April 2018. Installation directions were horrible. I am a very proficient handy man. Turn table keeps coming off track. Now it beeps in the middle of the night for no reason. It beeps like it just finished cooking. To add insult to injury the exhaust fan now wont come on !!

Product that I purchased is good, but the installation technicians robbed me $160 for their pocket which it was supposed to be included in my Geek tech or geek squad membership, which I already canceled because of that!

Has a factory defect,that best buy did not disclose when i made the purchase,the man installing it informed me,which is a little late

Love it's size, and control panel just inside the door can eliminate fingerprints, if you try.

Hard to clean. Every time door is wriped down the light, fan, open, cancel and start go off. Instruction for use not very clear.

Install js easy. If uour existing range was hard wired, be prelated to install an outlet.

Love the low profile microwave. Your 3rd party installation person was the absolute best!

Low profile was our only option in our kitchen for enough clearance above stove top, but we love the look of this microwave and its worked great ever since purchase 6 months ago.

7inches from the plate to the roof inside. While it may be small it is powerful

We have been wanting to purchase a microwave like this. It was recommended by our contractor. It is spacious, easy to use, quiet and just at eye level. Great product!!

Fit perfect in space just little small height but those job easy to use

I didn't have alot of room above my stove for a microwave and I use large pots for cooking so the 10 1/2" heighth was a plus. The style was great, very professional looking, fits everything inside I need to cook.
