Great microwave oven. Saves space in a small kitchen like mine. It is big enough to warm up a casserole. Nice Soft sounding bells. It would have been absolutely perfect if the under the oven light, above the range was brighter, As it is I use a lamp on the side of the stove.

At first it was hard to get use to the new profile of the microwave compared to the old one we replaced. The new microwave saves space and is very quiet. It heats food evenly and is easy to use. We should have replace the old microwave sooner.

Love this microwave! Installation was pretty straight forward and easy to do. The microwave is the perfect size for smaller spaces, but excellent functionality! Easy to use and understand. I like that you can push a button to open the door without getting it dirty. Only drawback was after install the stainless steel trim was rubbing when opening and closing, but was fixed by simply pushing it back. Made it feel a little cheap in that respect. I would still recommend this microwave for sure!

The low profile means A LOT more space between the cooktop and bottom of the microwave. The microwave itself works great. The inside has plenty of space to cook in. The fan has 3 speeds and very quiet. The light shining on the cooktop could be a little brighter.

Shopped this microwave oven and it had a long lead time at obvious retailers. Amazon did not offer this brand as well. Best Buy located it (immediately available) at its warehouse! And I have the Best Buy membership for replacement warranty as well.

I love the streamline look of this microwave, and the fact that it frees up space above my cooking surface. Occasionally it takes multiple tries for a button push to register, but this might be an issue of acquiring technique. Overall, very happy with this purchase!

We replaced our large, older unit with this microwave. I love the low profile - it opens up so much more height above the stove below! The front of the microwave is sleek and easy to clean. I don't mind that the depth of the microwave sticks out from the face of our cabinets a couple of inches more than our old microwave. I like that the buttons are concealed inside the door. Installation was a bit tricky and we ended up moving the oven out from the wall in order to get enough of an angle required when mounting the new microwave. Fortunately, we only had to do that once! Highly recommend!

This over the range was a beautiful surprise! My husband showed this one for our home and I thought it would be too tech but it was just the right amount of tech. Super simple to learn how to use and love how it doesn't get dirty when I cook. It's the right height for our kitchen. Highly recommend.

this microwave is a great idea. i bought it for the low profile. it works well and is very powerful. i would buy it again. my two detractions are: !) the controls are behind the door which is not convenient 2) the price is really high

Have had this less than 1 month and not overly impressed. The plusses: looks great, easy to now use my range, holds decent sized containers, 2 speed fan beats what my older GE could do, and the LED lighting is likely better than other brands. The negatories: NO end of cycle signal (or it's so soft it's not heard), no backlit control panel and the thing is located inside the microwave btw, and the button for opening the unit leaves a lot to be desired. It's suggested to use your elbow to activate the opening when you have your hands full. Doesn't work. I find I'm also having to really mash the control panel numbers to get the time and power level to work. Won't be returning -- more like I'll have to adapt to the lacking features.

I was in need of a shallow microwave for over my stove as I don't have traditional cabinets and didn't want to modify them. This microwave looks nice, works well, and I get compliments on it often. It also has an electronic door release which is pretty neat!

Enjoying my my microwave the service was great on time the installer can and did his work quickly. Frank at the Owings Mills Best buy made my purchase very easy advice me on particular item and I did not hesitate in purchasing it right there and then thank you Best Buy. It seems like your service at this store has raised the bar.

I’ve had this microwave for over 2 years. Live in an old house built in 1955. My old microwave broke, and the new ones that would fit over my stove were at least 2 inches longer leaving NO room to do anything with the back burners. This microwave gives me 2 1/2 inches more room than my previous one. I have not experienced anything I could not fit in this microwave. Works flawlessly! And gives me SO much more room on my stove top! I love it!

Easy to install.. looks great..cooks great.. powerful.. basic controls

Two years in, I'm pretty happy with this microwave. Very powerful, looks great. Two complaints: first, the door hinge already squeaks quite a bit. Second, the bottom LED light that shines down onto the stove blow is extremely weak. I'd rather have an incandescent bulb with some brightness.

Great for tight spacing, opens up range for higher pots , or boiling large pans of water. Quiet and easy to use clean overall look

This is the perfect solution if you don't want to move cabinets. Fits right where an overhead stove light would go. I love that the microwave is off the counter! It works great. Everything I've tried fits inside.

This microwave looks sleek with its black surface. Being 12 inches high it is sleek so it allows to cook on the stove with no obstacles. This microwave is 100 watts less than my previous counter microwave so it takes longer to heat food. Since the surface is a shiny black, finger prints show but are cleaned easily with Windex and a paper towel. The under the microwave light and exhaust fan have two settings. The fan on high is a bit loud but bearable. The lowest setting is not as loud and mostly unnoticeable. The light settings are less than my old stove hood but are still sufficient for soft ambient lighting. I do not mind the cook buttons being inside the door because you can add time in 30 second intervals with the door closed. The space inside is just about the same size as our counter top microwave. There is a button you press for 3 seconds to lock and unlock the microwave door as a safety precaution.

The unit is extremely good looking with a sleek and modern appearance. I love the way the front door opens automatically when you press the front button. The only Con I can find is that you need to program the cooking time while the door is open. Then close it and press, "Start". Other than that, I would highly recommend this microwave unit.

Remodeled kitchen and wanted updated smaller version of microwave. I love this one! Has nice features too..
