I installed myself. I would recommend a second person to hold while screwing into position. The instructions were confusing as to which way it was going to operate. ( vent inside, vent into wall, vent to roof )

I love this product. It cooks evenly and it’s easy to clean.

I bought this for my parents as they have been using a counter top microwave for years. This is freed up space on their counter and works as a range hood. They are extremely happy with it!

18-months in and this unit completely powered down. Long story short it has a door opening mechanism that if it gets stuck will blow the fuse. I’ve seen a ton of videos online about it but sadly due to poor build quality this unit will be a forever problem. Sadly appliances don’t have lemon laws.

This microwave is quiet and small. The size does not stop us from putting anything in it that we put in the larger one. The sensing feature works perfect on most things. Nice to not have to guess at how long it should be in for.

The look is great. The exhaust fan is excellent at 400cfm. I am finding that it cooks a little uneven. Strips of uncooked bacon on the edge of a plate cooks much faster than the strips in the middle of the plate.

Looks good and heats well. Do not use for cooking. It is a little short inside for cooking rice bags. Will have to figure something out. If you are short you will have a problem taking out hot food.

I bought/paid for the microwave on May 30, 2023. It was delivered on July 7th the first day an installer could come. It was installed on a bias. It leaned forward. Previously I had larger wall mounted microwaves in the same area plus more space no longer covered by the microwave. The unit with the terrible tilt had to be taken out which the second people did on July 20th. I then had a carpenter add wood in one area and take out decorative bricks that stopped the installation. Yesterday July 28th the third GEEK Squad installed my microwave which I have used for a day. I have no idea if I am happy with the microwave that I bought and paid for on May 30, 2023 because I have barely used it. I assume it is a good microwave. Will be asking for my 60 days to decide if I like my microwave to be extended starting from the time I have had a working microwave. Each of the three Geek Squad teams did the job they thought they thought they should do. And I'd prefer that my warranty start from the day I could first use the microwave, July 27, 2023.

Love my new microwave range hood. Replaced old one with this. More counter space now. Fan is a little louder than I would like but I can deal with it.

Very good microwave hood if you have limited space. Control buttons for power, time, timer, etc. can only be accessed when door is open. It makes for a less cumbersome and sleeker design, but it requires that the door be opened each time to program buttons.

Not satisfy with the overall make up of this microwave. Remodeling my kitchen - all new appliance in Black Stainless Steele. Had to get extra work done because kitchen never had a over the range microwave. My husband choose this microwave because of it being a low profile and would not set down close to stove. It doesn’t warm food quickly (like my counter top microwave) even thou it is same wattage! The fan and light icons has to be touched a certain way to operate. Just don’t worth the extra funds that was spent for it. Not what was expected at the end of purchase

Finally a compact microwave stove hood combo... Great for low head space applications... works great .. plenty of usable space inside

One of the nest purchases I have ever made. I struggled often with how close my old microwave was to my stove.....this answered that problem. Beautiful and stylish!

Awesome microwave.....only “complaint” I have is that if the plate and the disc it rides on isn’t on the turn knob perfectly it becomes lopsided. I’ve never experienced that type of issue before. For the price that should be a non-issue. It’s a microwave. Otherwise I love it

Great, lightweight and Nice to look at . Only used it a few times, but so far we really enjoy it. Not having a micro on the counter has changed the kitchen up for the better!

Looks great, easy to install, worked well for the first 13 months then stopped heating food/water. Parts are hard to get and expensive!!
