    Had it two days and the fan and the bottom light quit. Customer service said there are no service people where I'm at in the Rio Grande Valley in Texas. Four days ago Whirlpool said give them a couple or three days to find a service man. Nothing

    Great microwave. The rotating plate sits higher than I expected, taking more interior space. The vent Hood is VERY loud.
