Great purchase from Best Buy. Shipping was on time and we got a great sale price. The microwave is slim but powerful. It was an excellent choice and adds to the look of the kitchen.

It looks good and seems well made. The vent fan is a bit loud but works well and the filters are easy to change. The system for installing the unit is well designed. After watching a few utubes, the install was pretty easy. The edges of the mounting bracket are sharp, and I cut my finger twice. The surface does show a lot of fingerprints. We like the low profile but were surprised by the fact that it sticks out from the wall almost 3" farther than the other units we looked at, it was also more expensive, so hopefully, it lasts longer. Time will tell.

I love my new Whirlpool low profile Microwave. It fits so beautifully. I now have the counter space I need. I am so glad that Whirlpool makes it for over the range.

We have had this microwave for just about a year and we love it. Perfect for most everything you need to microwave. We love the design and low profile.

So far a great microwave. Replaced standard size microwave hood that left little distance above the stop top. Easy to install, went much smoother than I expected. Seems to function well, especially the vent fans seem better than my old hood.

Nice compact machine with sleek look and powerful vent. Make sure overhead cabinet is lower than standard so short folks can reach the controls.

It works well and haven't had any issues. It is also super quiet even when it is alerting you that it is done.

Great microwave for a tight space. Even though it is low profile, it is still big enough to cook everything.

Looks & works beautiful. Only problem is buttons not backlit. Can’t read buttons w/o a light on on the room.

Had a whirlpool Range Vent Hood and wanted to place a microwave in its spot. I found this whirlpool low profile microwave and it was a perfect fit and replacement for the hood. Its fit an finish is excellent, the instructions for self installation was straight forward, as well the metal mounting bracket and template is a step up from the paper ones i have had to use in the past. I highly recommend this microwave for anyone looking.
