This was an open box that was sold as “very good” condition. It actually had a bad dent that went unnoticed until installing and the fan makes a loud noise as the it is broken internally.

The black looks great. It’s fits perfect over the stove we bought from Best Buy as well. Went with all black whirlpool. Great product.

New microwave is not working properly! The last digit is not functioning!

Looks good. Easy to install. Works great. Price was right. It cooks food and does everything I need a microwave to do.

This microwave is great for the price. Took two people about 2 hours to remove the existing fan and install the microwave. First used their template but it was not matching holes well. It’s good looking, works well. Venting fan is pretty quiet. Light could be brighter.

The unit is easy to use even without reading the manual. It's big enough for 13x9 casserole pans without obstructing use of the stove. I have no complaints regarding performance or operation. So 5 stars for it. Installation instructions were a little confusing but I found a YouTube video that got me through it. Don't throw away the packaging, it forms the template for the mounting plate. If I could rate the instructions separately I would give 3 stars.

Simple, easy to operate, cooks evenly, and easy to clean. It is basic, which is all I need. It you are a serious microwave user, you may want to search for something with more features.

Love this over the stove microwave. Good quality product and many cooking options. Variable venting options. Price was unbelievably low. Just replaced my 8 year old one that just stopped working. Becsuse it was the same model that i was replacing i was able to do the job in about an hour. Used the same mounting brackets and bolt holes. Has a great size capacity , only drawback is that it sticks out from wall more than cabinet depth. Otherwise love it.

This is just the space saver that we needed with a double layered kitchen floor. W chose this model so we didn't have to spare any cooktop space. Everything works and functions as expected. The only thing I do not like is how loud the fan is through the opposing wall, but the fan is powerful!

So far, so good. My main complaint for over-the-stove microwaves is that they all seem to have different measurements, which means I have several sets of holes drilled into my wall for support, and each new microwave is a new set. I've had Whirlpool -> Samsung -> now this Whirlpool microwave. The Samsung one was free when we replaced the other appliances, and that one was a dud-- the moisture sensor was the first thing to go, and then the cheap door mechanism broke (I fixed that with some metal jewelry glue) so the door wouldn't shut, and then it would shut off after a few minutes of usage. Anyway, this Whirlpool model is better, so far, because the floor of it is lower, allowing family members to more easily see into it without stools or blind reaching. It works as expected, so far. My favorite part is that if you long press "2" until it beeps, it disables ALL keypad beeps and "done" signals. I don't like waking people up when making late night or early morning snacks!

I had been getting by with whatever i could find at the thrift store until they finally broke. I had hesitated getting an over range model for frat it would obscure my ability to see what I'm cooking on the range top. Well I finally installed this, and I feel like a billionaire. Hey its not the fanciest, but im happy because I got it on sale, and I was able to install it myself. The only thing all over range microwaves seem to be missing is crush blocks to go in the space between the top of the machine and the underside of the cabinet. I watched a couple youtube videos including about installing an electrical outlet, and I feel like a pro. Well, maybe not a real pro, but maybe a pro amateur?

got this for my mother for a Christmas gift. I installed it myself and it was straight forward, had no issues with instillation. Only issue is the little plastic wheels for the turntable. Had a bit of salt get into them and it made a horrific screeching noise. Popped the wheels off and ran them under the faucet, popped them back on all fixed.

We were nervous about buying this one and not spending the 100$ extra for the next level ....we are very happy with our choice ! This microwave although large measured perfect to our space and fit exactly right for us, it has the fancy look with the old school great technology! Even has a popcorn button to make it popcorn perfectly popped ! I would defiantly buy it again especially with the deal/special price!
