    The instructions were a bit of a challenge but after reading several times my husband and friend were able to install. It is powerful and really more than we needed. I wish the salesman would of made us aware that it was 18 amps. We needed electrician to rewire to use. Next time we need to be more informed and ask the right questions. Who knew we now need to be experts on buying appliances. We lived without one for a month. So happy to have one again.

    This microwave is just what I wanted. The only drawback is that the sound level is too low. I wish there was a way to make that louder. Best Buy was so helpful with this - I had ordered a countertop microwave first by mistake and they were very helpful in getting this corrected and getting me the right one. The installer was great too!

    I was surprised that very limited information about the operation of the microwave accompanied it. Previous microwaves have had detailed booklets on operation and care. The installation person said more information was available online, which is cumbersome. Also, there was a problem with the vent being loose, and the installation person was ready to leave before it was corrected - I caught him before he left, and he was able to correct the problem. I'm still learning to use this appliance.

    It does what it supposed to be doing. Haven’t had any issues so far but on the other hand I’ve been using this microwave for about 2 weeks. I hope it lasts me for a few years. I will update my review if in the future it gives me any problem
