This Whirlpool microwave was the perfect size and easy to install myself. It matches all of our other Whirlpool appliances that I am gradually installing in our kitchen. My wife loves the easy to use programing and timer, and it is quieter then our old GE microwave.

Performs all basic microwave functions at a reasonable price. Easy to install and operate, and fits the microwave over-the-stove footprint nicely. Easy to install and clean.

When our old microwave kicked the bucket. This one was very affordable & easy installation instructions. Very big & can fit anything you're needing to warm up.

We had been without a microwave for about 4yrs. by choice. And trust me the kids begged over and over to get one. It was convenient to buy a new one since we bought a bundle package from best buy. Great price, looks good and works great. Most of all the kids are happy.

A few things we have noticed so far that we like: the door opens and closes super smooth and easy, the light underneath is bright, it defrosts our meat without cooking the edges, heats up plates of food evenly, and it melts butter without splashing it all over the microwave lol! A few things to get used to would be: it takes much longer to defrost meat than our last microwave (sometimes 12-15+ min per pound) so plan on a little more prep time if working with frozen meat, the fan turns on every time we run the microwave so its a bit loud, and the directions didn't mention that the defrost/reheat/etc codes are printed inside the microwave door on a sticker (in case any of you were like us trying to figure out what it was asking for when using the pre set buttons) and it shows fingerprints badly but they wipe clean easily. We are happy with the purchase!

Bought this microwave to replace the LG after 8 years. So far it has performed well - foods are warmed quickly. It looks very nice too and at a reasonable price. Very happy with the purchase!

Spacious quiet and the fan is also quiet. The light is dimmable and is a soft light not too bright heats good evenly

So far, so good (hence 4/5 and not 5/5 since I need more time to evaluate it before I'd give it a 5/5). I was able to install it over the oven range following the included instructions without too much difficulty. It sat in the garage for a while before I could install it so I've only been using it a few weeks. However it's been working as it should. At first I was concerned about there being some sort of defect on the number pad but of course there was yet another piece of disposable protective plastic I had forgotten to remove. Wouldn't mind a brighter light over the oven range but it does an adequate job.

Had to replace my microwave and this one seemed to be the best one for my needs. The wifey loves it, so that is 99% of the good review. It installed fairly easily with some help positioning it where the old LG one was and matched up to the venting. While we did have to install a new back bracket and overhead screws, it wasn't too bad and came with all we needed. Works great and wifey is happy!!!

Great microwave oven at a great price, works very well. I don't know why the prices for microwave ovens (without convection) varies so much. I just needed something quick and simple, and not too expensive, and this works great. No problems at all. I also like that the door opens pretty easily. Our last Kenmore, you had to really yank on the door to open it and it caused the door frame to crack and split over time. This one will work out great!

Great purchase for the price. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the more expensive models but that's why we bought it. It gets the job done. One downside we miss from out last microwave is the preset time functions.

This is just the space saver that we needed with a double layered kitchen floor. W chose this model so we didn't have to spare any cooktop space. Everything works and functions as expected. The only thing I do not like is how loud the fan is through the opposing wall, but the fan is powerful!

I love this microwave! It's a little bigger than my old one but we were still able to install it over the cooktop with no major headaches. It does the job and looks nice in the kitchen.

This microwave fit right into the spot where our original Whirlpool was installed 15 years ago, no fitting needed. All the brackets and holes lined up right where the old one was. Easy installation with two people so one can hold it up while one tightens the screws. Very solid construction and it heats up food FAST.
