Works great, sleek look. Very quiet. Can’t say anything about durability, since most only seem to last about three years these days.

This was larger than I was expecting. Not really the microwaves fault, but just make sure you measure if you have a predefined space. I was able to move the cabinets higher to make this work. Functionality is good, no issues. Makes food hot. Guards baked goods from the dogs. Looks nice.

Great microwave replacing one that I damaged. Exact same model DR Horton had installed in our house. Great features, simple to use and easy to install (for an over the range microwave). Great price, great value!

I'm generally happy with our purchase but it's missing a few things I'd like to see. It seems quieter than our last mic. The opening and closing mechanism is smooth. And it heats pretty evenly. It's not quite as powerful as our previous mic. and the button choice isn't as convenient. The fan and light are fine. Install was pretty straight forward. I also got a good deal. Generally pretty happy.

Relatively quiet. Touch panel responds nicely. Rotating table is easy to knock off the track. Lacks sincle press 1, 2, 3, ... minute heating - our old GE had such features. This one does have a 30 second button. Power setting works better than others we have had. This one is a bit larger than others I have looked at. It was a bit harder to install.

Easy to use once you go on line to find the instructions since no startup manual came with unit. Quiet and looks very nice with the other stainless steal appliacnces.

I recently purchased a Whirlpool, and I have to say, it is awesome. The fit is perfect, so quiet and easy to operate. When we bought our home 5 years ago, we HAD to purchase GE products, which I hate. This microwave is the last appliance I have replaced, and I am a happy wife and cook. It is quiet, and looks so nice. Thank you Best Buy, and you definitely own up to your name. We have been using your products,for many years and we have NEVER been disappointed. (I'm 77) Thank you!

Good microwave for the money. doesn't have too many bells and whistles but I was looking for a basic over the range microwave. Easy to install.

On trend with clean lines and stainless steel design, Samsung did a great job matching it up in its kitchen appliance collection. It’s affordable, the price point is just right for us. The microwave does what’s necessary and it’s fully functional. We haven’t had any issues with it since purchasing.

This unit is replacing the 1.9 cubic feet version of the same model. The 1.9 model has a few more features and is a really nice unit. This 1.7 model is less expensive and you give up a few features. Still a pretty nice unit. My biggest concern is durability. The 1.9 stopped working at the 3.5 year mark. It just stopped heating suddenly. All indications pointed to the magnetron failing. I bought this unit because honestly the bracket being the same as the old one made the install 3 times easier. Literally a 1 hour job to take down the old one and install the new one. Original install with different bracket is more like a 3 hour plus job. Not sure why the old one failed so soon but I hope this one lasts significantly longer. 7 to 10 years would be reasonable. If not then next time won’t be a Whirlpool.

Not as many features as the previous lower end Kenmore it replaced, but works well. Couldnt beat price (with price matching and rewards), so pleased. Also it was available on a local store so quick to buy and easy to install (with two people to remove old one and place the new one on the bracket).

So far, so good! We have only had this Whirlpool Microwave about one month, and it is working as advertised. The price was affordable, it is easy to use, it looks good, and we like it. The Best Buy tech did an excellent job of delivery and installation. Best Buy will be the first place we shop for appliances, etc., in the future.

Microwave looks great and works great, too! It was a challenge to get the old one out, but the new one installed relatively easily.

So far no problems at all. We don't use it to much but has been easy to work and very efficient. I installed it myself and it was fairly easy. This one is light enough to handle easy. Same problem as every other install couldn't find the studs to screw brace in. But got it up and running. Had problem with one of the two support screws in top not screwing in but I improvised ok. Recommend you screw both into holes and out again before you put in position to make sure they are working ok.
