    Delivery was on time and the installation from best buy smooth. It heats well, sleek design that flows with my other whirlpool products. The only complication was the power cord was short so we needed an extension cord. Happy with this purchase.

    It was easy to install but a little heavy so you might need a second pair of hands to help hold it in place while you tighten the two holding screws. This unit was a perfect reaplcement for my prior model at a reasoable price. Nice!!

    It's been a few years since I've put one of these in and it went in easy enough! Had to drill new top holes and wall holes for the mounting bracket. Also cut and get creative with the upper exhaust vent. Know that if your changing brand names, be ready to do a bit more to install it. As brackets, holes and venting configurations vary more so when changing from brand to brand. And after using this product, we were very pleased with it. Do read the instructions. If you don't, some functions can be a head-scratcher. I speak from experience.

    So far so good. Purchased the geek squad protection incase anything happens to it. Had the last one (samsung) go out in a month or two and got the protection for this one. One thing is our old bracket didn't fit this one and we has to break off an inch and a half of tile backslash to install the new bracket. So make sure you measure to make sure it'll fit. Good finish. Easy to wash. Very large. Overall pleased.

    Easy to install - Missing some features from my older machine - I miss several of the pre-set items ie potatoe, pizza and popcorn. My old machine had a shelf and was able to heat more items at once - but this one works fine.
