Every step of the process was easy and everyone provided customer service with a spirit of excellence.

This is my third Microwave after replacing with different brands that we tried for two times but did not last longer so decided to try this. So far no issue and hopefully it will last longer that the other.

Solid Microwave, no issues. Easy to install and works like expected. The exhaust fan works better than expected.

Exactly what we needed when an earlier version met its end of life.

Installation was a little tricky, but with two people easily completed. operation is good, although it has a feature, that won't allow to preset a cooking time and leave it to be turned on later.

I love the rice cooking program on this microwave. Bestbuy sells it cheap and ready for pickup. Amazing.

This is new and installed ( although not correctly) in a property that we are selling. I assume it will work. This purchase and installation is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an appliance/business. I would really like Best Buy to contact me about this. Every time I call….. the person hangs up.

Product itself is perfect. Salesperson sold me black instead of stainless. I didn’t know until it was home and unpacked. Not what I wanted, but it matched

Great microwave with good power. It fit perfect into my old location and wall mounting was simple.

Works great. Worth the price. The only thing I don’t like is that you can see your fingerprints on the buttons and are always having to clean it but that comes with having stainless steel appliances.

So far, this has been a great over the range microwave. The vent suction does not work very well for the front part of the range, but the back of the range suction is fine. The other features that I have used I good.

Does everything I need it to do and looks great. A bit noisier than expected.

We bought all new matching appliances & took advantage of the free delivery through best buy. Product has held up great and we havent had any issues. We would definitely recommend & would buy again.

Open Box Buyer Beware! Very nice microwave however, it was missing the turntable roller. Purchased as an open box, but was told all parts were included. Frustrating!

So far this seems to be a nice oven! The test of time will tell.

Nice microwave with the only gripe being that it is a little noisy.

We love this microwave it does everything we needed to do plus a whole lot more and it’s not so powerful that it cooks things too fast. It fits over the stove perfectly and looks great.
