The turntable rumbles. Not enough wheels to turn the plate quietly. It has 1800 w power, but it takes longer time to heat my food compared to my 1200w microwave. The timer is not extremely loud and sounds off once and only once. So if you were using the timer for something in the range, you better stick close by because once is all you got to hear it. Very dissatisfied.

Good over the range microwave so far! Cons- I don’t like that you can’t just select 1 for one minute etc. you have to type it all in then click start- it must be whirlpools button set up- since our other appliances are similar to this button set up

We got this microwave just over two years ago and yesterday it stopped working. Just like that. Two years of normal usage in a two-person household. My husband looked up videos on YouTube and cleaned the sensors. Still nothing. I never bought an extended warranty as I have never had a microwave stop working before even much cheaper makes. Our previous microwave which was going strong when we replaced it was GE. I had hard good things about Whirlpool and thought this would be a good make. The controls are harder to use but that is not a deal breaker. Whirlpool's customer service is only from eight to six pm. during the week. Hullo! People work and we cant call Customer Service and sit on hold for an hour during working hours. Our super looked at the microwave and said the door panel could be replaced. All I know is I am never buying anything from Whirlpool again. I am very disappointed. This was not a cheap purchase and I expected good quality. I should have stuck to GE.

Great microwave but wouldbt purchase at best buy. Thet woukdht price match competitors price match (amazon) when i pulled up the website in store.

Only downside is the quick start buttons for setting heating time. Vent fan at high is a little loud.

This microwave has saved us a lot of time and stress when we don't have time to cook and don't want fast food. Has a lot of helpful settings and is much more powerful than my last one.

It took a long time to receive it after I ordered it but it was worth the wait. I really love it.

Easy install, microwave was light weight. Did it all myself in about 45mins. Biggest challenge was the secure holes we located somewhere different from the previous one. Love it.

I was so sad to find out this wouldn’t fit in the spot above my stove. It’s a beautiful microwave and there’s nothing wrong with it, but I am going to have to return it.

Delivery and installation went perfectly. It arrived on time and was installed quickly. Everything we have cooked so far has turned out great.

Replacing an eleven year old Whirlpool microwave nearly identical to this one. Was very pleased with the first one, and I have found the new one to perform just as well!

This microwave looks really good and performs well. The only downside to this particular model is that the control panel is not lighted at night

Recently bought a house and decided to replace all kitchen appliances for Best Buy's holiday financing option. This unit was one of the cheaper microwaves and it does not disappoint. It's also very quiet.

My 12 year old microwave finally died. When I put in the model number this one came up. It went in the same opening perfectly. If it's as dependable as the last one I will love it.
