From looking at user comments on Google the bulb can't be replaced - it is glued in - going to have to replace the whole unit - silly. Also took almost 2 months for them to complete installation - bought 9/19 - installed 11/1

Doesn't heat the food up as quick as more expensive models but gets the job done. It looks good, but for some reason feels cheap when opening the door. For the money it isn't bad.

BB was great about replacing it, and the second one worked without issue. So far so good on this budget model - would buy again for another flip.
